Okay, so i've been searching online for the hell of it and i came across a blog.
the blog was number 1 in google for the keyword "make money online" which
gets about 650,000 searches a month. so i went to websiteoutlook.com to see what it was worth and it said its worth over $30k, and it also said it had 40 backlinks aswell. Here is the link

websiteoutlook only gives you a rough estimate and is usually really inaccurate, I personally wouldn't bother using it. According to his free webstat counter he is getting 839 unique visitors per day on average, which is not that much, but its still good because of competitive keywords he is targetting. Just do link:moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com in google to see where hes getting his links from and you'll know exactly why hes ranking #1. I actually thought blogspot hosting doesn't work well when it comes to ranking for competitive keywords in google, but I guess it still works? Anyone care to share anything on this?

Im just amazed...I have 3 blogs up and i've had for about 6 months and im lucky if i get around 2 views a day LOL, I dont really know how he did it but im sure alot of people would kill for that number one spot for that keyword

not that a big deal. My blog from the 6th page of make money online is worth 10154.3 USD according to that tool
 
This tool is useless. It gives you some shitty price for strane sites. Check some rubbish site and you will see that it shows that they're worth tousands of dollars.

Well, Yahoo is showing 15,000 links coming in. It's also a Blogger blog. Think Google likes them?

Because it's a Blogger blog, he can't sell it anyway. Not unless he gets creative.
 
well i checked yahoo and he's not number one there, so maybe google is playing favorites cus it a blogger blog

wow, thats amazing.

courtney tuttle was bragging for a long time that he has the number 1 spot for "make money online" and this guy took it from him. he may be better than court.

someone please explain how he did that. that keyword is damn competitive.

did he use blackhat? if so then its only a matter of time before he gets banned :)
 
Load of crap imo, a shitty review blog of mine is worth $500, yeah right I wouldn't insult anyone to ask for a $ for it.

EXACTLY. The value of the website is whatever someone will pay for it. No one wants to pay that much for a shitty 2 word 20 odd character domain name
 
Did you guys see the blog about savings accounts that sold the other day for $15 mil!!? Need to find the url again...

i think google always give a high 'estimate' to trick advertisers into thinking that there area lot of people searching for something so that they will buy the adwords

Bankaholic.com - man I can't believe it....I was reviewing it prior to it being sold, and was going to launch a similar site about credit, I envied its rankings in google, it ranks good for all major credit keywords....*sigh*
