I scrapebox some of the posts from the network and clients also backlink their posts but google hasn't updated the pr for long time now. and yes the blog posts are really permanent as this network is planned to be alive for long time use not short term.

Yup. And after the PR update I checked random blogs and found some with pr 2 / pr 1. Will make full PR stats soon then increase the price.
