So at first everything was cool and CreativeWriters seemed like an awesome choice! Unfortunately this was short lived... :-( I had him write 1 page for me and the quality was pretty decent. So being excited about this I offered him another page and he kindly accepted.

So now its been 4 days and I have yet to see him on Gtalk or receive an email from him. I emailed him 2 days ago asking whats up, no response. Ill be honest im used to this when dealing with overseas workers. It always starts out great and than they either disappear or get lazy.

Overall experience : Not Good, would not recommend.

I'm surprised by the fact that you would NOT recommend us to people based on the fact that we didn't respond, even though we had clearly mentioned that we would be facing a downtime.

Obviously, since we were unable to respond to customer queries in the past week, we had a major backlog which we needed to clear, and which we did clear yesterday only, as my post would clearly show.

It's possible, that we missed your email by mistake, since we are humans only and probably missed your query. If you could please be kind enough to re-send the email to [email protected] and PM me a copy of that request. I'll look into it personally.

Once again, even though i disagree with your review, i would again like to apologize for the trouble caused.

Also, if you have already made the payment, then please feel free to give me your transaction id and you'll receive the refund immediately.

I completely understand you wanting to talk to me before you place the order, that is no problem at all, but i would strongly ask you to look at other reviews posted here as-well and not just one BAD review. I have been providing services on this forum since more then 1 1/2 year, and since we all are humans, we are bound to make mistakes.

More over, we had already provided a 15 day prior notice on the forum about our downtime, and had clearly mentioned that the response time will remain slow.

The articles arrived fairly quick - so 8/10

I gave them some ideas and they were able to come up with good varied themes - 9/10

Some were pretty good and some articles I am sorry to say could not form a readable sentence with a lot of grammatical errors. Now please allow me to make it very clear that for the price I am paying I think it is acceptable. What do you expect? I had paid for $25 per article writers before and I know the difference. My intention for the articles are only to build links - and for those of you familiar with article marketing - SE spiders don't know the difference between a Pulitzer article and one written by a school kid. However it is a hassle when I have to proof-read and make corrections and liaise with the article directories on amendments which happened for 7/10 of the many articles I purchased. There were 1 or 2 I had to almost totally rewrite. So my advice to CreativeWriters is to proof read each article before releasing to customers.
Quality - 6/10

When I asked them for replacement of an article rejected by EZA because they said some were outright not original, CreativeWriters complied with a longer and MUCH better written article, though it was slightly slow (I am just speculating that they were waiting for their top writer to be freed) - 8/10

So overall I would grade them (for the value-for-money factor) 8/10 (rounded) and give them an iTrader for their work.

About a month ago I purchased about 20 articles (maybe more, don't remember the exact number), from OP as well as bought about 20 articles from another reputable member here on BHW. I received all articles back in about a week or so. These were just test articles for me for my bigger orders as I wanted to see who wrote better articles.

Long story short, I just placed another order for 50 articles not even a day ago with OP as his articles (in my opinion) were much better. The only real problem I had was a my keywords for one article had 2 different subjects, and I did not clarify which subject I wanted, and OP sent 2 articles for it on the wrong subject, but I let him know, and he has already replaced one of them, and I am just waiting on the other one. He also did it with no complaints or extra charges for the misunderstanding.

With that said, I am pleased with these articles and will be ordering my second order of 50 articles probably next week (don't want to get overloaded with to much work once I get them back).

One thing everyone needs to keep in mind when you are having someone else write your articles... you ALWAYS should review them and tweak them for a better clarification of what you are trying to say. If not, you are just hurting yourself and your business.

And if you read some other review posts I have, I am very critical and hard when it comes to spending my hard earned money on products/services, and expect if you say you are going to do something, or your program will do something, then you better follow thru with it. But I have no problem calling people out, as well as I have no problem giving thanks or praise when I receive good service. (Also, its not that the other provider was bad, but OP's articles are ALOT better for what I need).

We cannot be online 24/7 on messengers, this is a writing firm and we only work for 10 hours in a day, and since there are differences in time zones, we ask people to EMAIL us so that the orders can be processed and queries responded to when we open our offices the next day.

We do provide the up-most customer care to ALL of our current and potential customers. I really can't understand why you would complain about lack of customer service when you haven't even tried out our service?

I have 0 un-read emails in my Gmail. I'm not sure where exactly it is that you are sending your emails and if you are even mentioning BHW and your user id in the subject.

In any case, like i've said before, please PM me a copy of whatever it is that you wish to ask, and i'll be glad to help. Also, we are currently online on Gtalk and Skype and will be here for the next 9 hours.
