Not sure if I can do this, but you can try my hosting. I only have about 10 accounts on my VPS, but all my sites are running fine.

My uptime is about 99%

99% uptime is terrible, means about 4 days of downtime per year...

Yeah, I don't mind paying a few extra bucks. $1 for 3 years worth of hosting just screams trouble, I'll lose way more in revenue if the host isn't reliable.
