overall Kvchosting, Site5 and hostgator can't go wrong - they are good company

I've used just about every shared hosting under the sun, I've gotta recommend Site5 and HG for general shared hosting as well.

I've had problems with iPage & fatcow as they are often extremely slow hosts and frequently down (from my personal experience!) While this was about a year ago, and things could have changed since then.
