You will want to send him the entire site folder which you download off your FTP server, and the database for the site if it's a Wordpress blog.

So if your site is cars.com, you would log into your FTP client, find the cars.com folder, download it to your computer, and send that whole folder to the buyer.

Then if it's a Wordpress site, you find the corresponding database in PHP My Admin which is in your cpanel, export that, and send it to the buyer.

If it's just html then it's even easier as all you need is the folder.

I have a basic website related to a celebrity. (2 years old or so)
About a dozen of posts.. not much.

Two posts are regarding pictures of that person at the beach, with nip slips for example.

But the website has zero erotic content or anything.

I get about 3k to 8k uniques per month, but 90% of visitors stay on the site for less than 30 seconds.

I dont generate revenue from this site.

Does this site has any value in flippa or not ?

this has probably been asked , but how do you send the database ? i know some are saying send it on a dvd if paid with paypal , but otherwise would you just download the database from your host then email it to the new owner ? let them then upload to there host etc

The website was generating thousands of dollars every month few years back, but had to spend more than 1k on adwords every month. Last year, the sales were around $6000 and this year it's around $1500 till date because the site was left alone. Profit margin is 10 to 20%. On some products more returns. Overall, the site has good reputation and potential and the products are also priced low. But, since the buyer will have to test out adword campaigns and also need an adword budget, I am wondering how much this site can sell for at the moment. Can you give me a fair estimate.

- Depends. If it has loads of traffic, but hasn't been monetized, then yes it could still sell well, especially if the domain is good.

- Sure, bonuses always help. Higher end buyers don't tend to value bonuses as much as people buying turnkey sites.

- If it has traffic, then possibly.

Not really... it would depend if you could find a buyer in the industry. Traditional website investors might pay around ~$5k based on the past profits, but your best bet would be finding someone in the niche who wants to build on their portfolio.
