Universal Business Listings is a rip off. They do not do what they say. I have not seen it make a difference

A thing I've noticed having had google fuckover one of my listings and having to start from scratch is that Google listing Reviews seem to push you up the ranks, would it be possible to create a bot that will use email accounts through proxies to favourite listings leave comments etc? (in the past I've used my iphone (mobile phones get random IP's in the uk with a quick flightmode on and off) and bulk gmail accounts.
Also While restarting my listing a feature that would be handy would be to take your competitors listings for a keyword and grab all the URLs they have as Citations... I did this manually to post my own directory links, anything to speed it up would be great!

does anyone have an extensive list of citations used by Google for local verification? I have around 15 right now but i'd like to see more.
Can anyone else confirm that UBL isn't very good anymore? I've got a few clients I'm doing local submissions for and would rather not waste my money on UBL if it's no longer active. Are there alternatives besides localeze?
Also, anyone know a way to notify yellowpages that a 3rd party is doing submission so we dont have to deal with the asstacular phone verification process they have.

I hear it's just worth it to go fiverr and have someone rate your listing. Haven't tried it though.

Hi amoildni, and anyone else that is interested, you can go to our website and click on the big spreadsheet-looking image top right to download a pretty up to date "master citation submission list" that we currently have been achieving success with for our customer's projects.
Even if you're not based in the US, that researched citation list should still be good for around 100 solid citation resources for most people on here.
In regards to Yellowpages verification, good luck
Their procedures keep getting more bizarre, a few others are becoming like this too.We actually had to stop submitting to a few websites simply because their "instant verification,pin verification, sms verification, owner phonecall postcard verification" procedures were basically impossible to do efficiently on any type of mass scale.
