How to buy xrumer?

Been trying for a day and a half to buy a $600 software package You would think they'd be more enthusiastic to serve you.

Been emailing, skyping, msn-ing. No response.

I was going to ship the money and wait, but wondering if this is the trend in communication with this developer.

Any feedback / experiences that can ease my mind that its still a good move to buy xrumer?

Thought I'd let potential other buyers know what my experiences are.

Still waiting on the product. Payment has already been done 24 hours ago. You'd think they'd do some customer satisfaction for their expensive product, but no such luck.

The situation is that I'm stuck with the support guy. He knew how to make sure I sent the money, but he has no authority beyond that.

"It's hectic with the upcoming release," is the official statement.

So here we are. The developer may (or may not) be available tomorrow to approve my purchase and grant me access to the download section.

To be honest I'm really f*** frustrated. Not about the money, although it is pricey to put it mildly, but the entire process just blows my mind.

Anyways, I told them to either grant me access to my product -- or refund me by tomorrow so I can shop for something else.

If you gave them an ultimatum that won't look good for you. You'll either be refunded or you'll just have to wait patiently like the rest of us did.

And if you paid with PayPal there is at least a 1 week waiting period until you can have access.

Sometimes you got to be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt and try to build positive long term relationships.

This is not shopping at your local convenience store. This is the most powerful tool out there for making money online once you know how to use it right!!

On behalf of all merchants: lose that god damn attitude.

People have been socialized that anybody selling anything is both evil and filthy rich and they are to cater to your every demand, like they can't just tell you to piss off. Recognize the difference between walmart selling you a highly marked up piece of shit, and somebody selling quality stuff thats in high demand. The latter is not begging you for your money, so your behavior is only going to make them not want to help you.

Would you help somebody who is acting like that?

Be patient. And yes, I did have a similar experience buying x-rumer. But I too have a business to run so I wired the money and waited until he got back to me.

So, I did loose the attitude. Actually thought you were right... I did get impatient. With today's 24/7 merchant integration services, you don't expect to have to wait days after payment to get a digital product.

But ok, I figured I was acting spoiled and waited.

And waited....

Still waiting.

Is 9 days long enough to get annoyed?

Footnote: I did get a message last week that its policy with Paypal payments to wait until you cant reclaim your $600 anymore. After that, they will let you download it. Apparently they think $600 is a big enough price tag to have a special policy for it, yet it's still not high enough to help the customer days after that "safe guard" period expires. That is probably the thing that gets to me. But I'm sure it's my attitude thats at fault.
