Blogslammer has a full suite of find, create and post-to tools for mu sites including your own. blogslammer.com is the site and the owner/developer is pretty active on the forum here with username rjhere
)It's really unlucky that host of blogslammer is blocked in my country. I can not use it. I am puzzled...

What part of the world are you in? I visit one or two places and I am hoping my software won't be blocked if I decide to take my laptop along.

You could probably just use a proxy to access it. If this is a recurring problem for other tools, I'd look for a cheap vpn in another location.

if it is on your own installation of wordpress MU it is easy, we have done this before you just create a php script to bulk create them for you

Blogslammer itself doesn't support proxies but you could use proxy firewall on your machine. You can check out proxy-firewall.com or the proxy forum here for more info but basically it runs in the background and all your applications can be setup to run through it, making them go through the proxies in the application.
