No not all has 100 , some of them has 70 others has 115 or even more.
Yes i do guarantee that if you cant log in with security answer i replace them. You have to use unabused usa proxies, and you will be fine. I already did that for one customer with a few accounts.
You should buy 10 or 20 accounts first, to see if you like what you get, you can buy more. I sell around 100 accounts daily, this is the current capacity for accounts.

Just a small info, if its not obvious, you ALWAYS need usa IPs to use the accounts.
I write this because lot of buyers who only buys 1-5 accounts tryies to use them from different countries, wont work, due to fb restrictrions, and it will get photo roadblocked.
Its not a big issue, i can unlock them later on their on proxy, but its time consuming for both of us. So come prepared
