I'll start, I suggest Offline Dragon: A Dragon Profits Club Product.
It's available in the download section and is a half decent ebook that discusses lost about flyer marketing and CPA.

Very good idea OP! I think that the Offline Dragon e-book is really good, I just finished reading it. Also, an offline method: Dentist Method in the Offline Marketing Section is good.

Also, I'm wondering how to start with offline local businesses with Fan Pages (FB). Anyone have a good resource for making the pages through html or fbml?!?!

Offline Dragon is the only offline marketing guide I've read so far (other than my marketing textbook for school) and the ideas it gave me was mind-blowing. I highly recommend it considering its free in the download section.

anyone else has more suggetions, then by all means post and ill do the same

I must agree. This e-book has got to be the best offline marketing e-book I have read. Seriously.

The ideas presented there (besides creative), were top-notch. And best of all, most of the ideas don't require lots of monetary investment.

That's a great video product. I don't remember any offline marketing in that.. but I only watched through a few videos and got busy with other projects.
