I use Flippa to sell my only site that has been making money around 1-2k per month for 9.5k to this American guy. He insisted me to give the domain and the sites first before he can wire the money but now i have not received anything and he has not been replying my messages. Now, i don't have anything :(

Yea, i know, he said a lot of shit that makes me want to believe him and also my eagerness to close the deal quickly.

Contact his hosting and your domain registrar but seriously? You just GAVE this guy your site....?

I was in need of money and now he has ruined the site's reputation by asking donations from my readers.

There's nothing the registrar can do since it is outside of their control, it's namecheap.

Oh Boy! Why would you handover everything without Getting Payment? Also When did this happen? Cos if its wire transfer & you're not from America, it will take alteast 3 Days to Deposit Money to your Local Bank from Intermediate Banks.

Well.. That was stupid. Greed is blinding. When you order your food at mcdonalds, do you get your food first, THEN pay? No. Trust only the almighty dollar. If people REALLY want what you are offering, they will prove it to you with cold hard cash, not fancy language.

It's over than a week, and actually he has said to me after few days that his bank, CapitalOne cannot do international wire and that the fee might be high. Now, he's not replying anything to my messages.

First thing you need to do is complain on flippa can get that scammer banned from there at least. You than need to hope that maybe they have information on him that they will pass on to you.

2nd: What the hell dude?

Do you have his contact details other than email and IM Ids? If then, File a complaint in this site. They Might help you..

well you should have used escrow. but i am amazed you transferred the site to him first

He actually has been banned after we have made a deal, which he told me that he did nothing wrong lol.

Yeah, i want to do escrow too but he said that he's on trip that he need to do fast bla bla all that jazz which is sucks..

Can you share the website link and what the source of income through that website?

These things can happen when your time is not right. I have been scammed on numerous occasions. In Internet marketing, you lose some, gain some..

Your attitude to really makes me annoyed with you. If that is how you do business, the internet is not for you.

Hopw you dont mind sharing the domain name. Maybe in a PM

At the same time, prepare to get in touch with the domain registrar

I don't think it's all about the attitude, and I think the op should continue with the IM journey and not give up. After all, "Every mistake is a learning lesson"

When time is not in your favor, these things sometimes happen. Under normal circumstances, I don't think the op might have done this. But, when you need money very bad, other problems are there, and your gut feeling says that this is a god sent gift and not scam or anything and blah blah factors, you tend to fall prey to such a situation. ( I am saying this from personal experience)

I am so sorry but this is just plain stupidity:confused:. Who gives his house without even a downpayment or earnest money? I mean thats just a real-world example, if that happens, you can still get back your house. But to be so naive that you can trust someone you dont know just because he says this and that, and just give away something you know you cant take back, is just so eeeiikkgrrr:eek::o. Im sorry but it makes me mad that you do IM and calls yourself a blackhat when you can easily be conned by a novice scammer.

If that happens to me, of course hypothetically:D, I will make sure he will not earn a single cent from the site he snatched from me. It will disappear from the interwebs and that pathetic creature who scammed me will pay.

Better listen to the advice from the guys here, contacting the registrar would be the first step.

that sucks. Good luck.

Try contacting the guy from a different email address. Contact about something completely unrelated. Maybe get his trust and get some information about him over time, then get even :)
