If someone using the proxy ends up getting it blocked from Google or something I'm using, do I get a new one? I'm guessing we are given X amount and it doesn't rotate per month right?

Yes, they don't rotate. If you have an issue with any proxy, I will happily replace it.

Within 24 hours you will have access to them. I'm in Australia so it really just depends on when you sign up. It's 11.30AM here now, so if you purchase between 9AM and 8PM my time setup would be within 2 hours.

Yes, that's correct - depending on the reason for them being blocked. If you're abusing them, they won't be replaced. If it's for no fault of your own, then it's no problem at all. The latency depends on where in the world you are and will also vary based on usage as they are shared. They are all averaging around 500ms - 700ms for me, but I'm in Australia so I have about a 200ms overhead just with the speed of light, let alone Internet hops.

I don't enforce a limit, I just ask everyone to be mindful that others are using them. I would hope you wouldn't have more than 3 simultaneous connections for each proxy.

If I have any 1 user that is using up an excessive amount of the server's resources I will contact them to reduce their connection count or consider exclusive proxies.

Thanks for the prompt reply. With regards to the connection limit, i estimate that i might be using up to a max of 5 connections per proxy ip. Will this be a problem since you mentioned you would prefer customers not to use more than 3 simultaneous connections per proxy? Thanks.

It would depend on with your using them for, and also if you plan on using them 24/7.
