No setup fee, but bandwidth is limited in the UK. I don't impose any limit on the end user however and will purchase more bandwidth if required.

Just put user/pass in the Lockdown Method IP (provide your IP) or User/Pass field.

You can put in the IP addresses you would like, or leave it blank and I will allocate them.

here's my 1 month review of these proxies, I bought 20proxies package - asked him to split them between locations and that was no problem for him!
This is the first time I have ever paid any $ for proxies, So i don't really know if they are different from those $5/each private-proxies out there but what I can tell you is that They were Blazing fast ( all under 300ms), I was doing all kind of stuff with them - but for example before this I was using public proxies for scrapebox posting and I was able to get like ~30% success rate each time- Now I load these up take my regular List and BAM- 85% success rate!
+ I didn't ever experienced that they would have been down or broken.
If you need blazing fast proxies and you are on a budget then look no more cos these will Increase your Productivity by SHITLOADS Srs!

I have been using them for almost a month too, I got 4 UK, and 1 US, I confirm that all are very fast, and very affordable. Set-up and communication is also very good. I can recommend this service.

The speed consistency is UNBELIEVABLE.
I rely a lot on speed and this service does that without any problems
Not only is this the cheapest proxies in the net but you also get great support from Matt.
He's overall a terrific guy and understands how to do business.
I am a VERY happy buyer and wouldn't use any other shared proxies service except for this.
