Facebook CPC and CPM advice

Hey Guys,
Can we please set up some general tips for facebook advertising? I can not seem to find any around the forum.

I started my first FB campaign and I got .021 CTR out of 19k impressions.
Targeted US, 18+ my product in their "Interest"
Had "free product" as ad title...

How can this be improved?

I've looked at your ad privately. Maybe its your product, try another niche.

I targetted 18+...its for a fast food restaurant...free coupon...

You think the issue is maybe with the products like mentioned above?

Facebook is getting higher and harder everytime with the cpc and ad approval - try to think about some other networks

I recommend you CPM,and include as many conditions as you can

Funny enough, I just did that and my ad didnt get accepted...I think I went a little bit overboard trying to make it look sexy...lol
