aprox 20k blog empire JV 2 partners

Hello,

I would like to work together with 2 serious persons with SEO experiences.


My plan is to setup 20k autoblogs on +- 3 months with a lifetime JV:

Autoblogs based on 1 domain having 300-500 keyword related subdomains.
This will be aprox 60 domains where we will split the costs by 3 and the adsense acounts by 3 so each one will have 20domains with his adsense acc. on it.
Depends on our money power how we will go. I dont mind using some .info domains for this.

Plan is to work 4 hours a day each and in someway prove the done job.

This is how it will look like.

1d My part will be creating all these blogs including the content and ads. placements. Keywordresearch, instal plugins etc.

2d person to do. "In the site jobs" for each blog Adjusting footer headers titles, chekking everything if is keyword related, adding logo, etc.

3d person to do all SEO, getting all pages indexed, ranking, backlinks, everything SEO related. Prefferd this person having Xrummer, scrabebox, and more or similar tools.

I have also scrapebox with could help.

Maybe the 2d person will need some help as we try to reach this in 3 months but we will see all that.

I will go for the persons with the most energy, and experiences to go for this. Also people that are willing to invest some small moneys if needed.

Thank you, but our target will be 20k in /devided in 90 days will be up to 220 blogs a day x 15 min ? and we want to work 4 hours a day each so that will be 2 minuts on each blog. But this will be maybe impossible and it also depends how the person wants to take care of this.. And also the plan for #2 is too insert logos somewhere needed, picture widget on some, and check everything if its ready to leave for ever.

Forgot to mention, investments only for hosting, domains will be devided by 3, if you want to outsource some of your part of job or whatever thats up on yourself. So did I bought my tools to make my part a little easier for me.

The blogs are already created. This persons job will be just opening the bloglink which has autologgin. And just chek te blog manualy if its oke or if needed just paste a already created logo in the theme options. So this can be done 2 minuts a blog. In my opinion. It is also discusble. Its also not the target but its the way we want to go to keep productivity. And also If this is not realistic for 1 person to do so we will disscus it and let other people join there.

You can always expect issues on new projects So we will be too. And from there we will take actions. But the most important is we got 3 main persons for this.

Why not start with 100 autoblogs, in case everything ok just scale it up... I know, "think BIG" but u gonna kill yourself when after one month for example 1/3 of your crappy autoblogs banned by big G. )) Why not apply all your power to one white hat project?

Like everyone said above , the hardest job is for number 3 (even he have all the blackhat tools) as there is no guarantee for him so the website get indexed . Creating an autoblog is not a hard job , i can create 1 autoblog every 30 minutes (with onsite SEO + thumbnails + premium theme....) but my main concern is who gonna hold the main domain as i don't like to work 4 hours/day for long term and someone else sell the main domain after that .

I understand your point. I have tested this model already on my own and after 5 months Im still not banned. Articles are copyscpapepassed. And most are somehow made very unique articles. And this project I see it near whitehat as we are just coperating bringing more articles a live for the peoples informations.

Im going to repeat. 3 persons with knowhow for each job. From there we are going to evaluet the things and see how we go further. My blogs will also have onsite seo already done in the production, images with links, and nice themes most of adsense themes. And this plan is more to setup and leave when its ready and let them grow naturaly, there are no plans on puting blogs for sale.

I currently have a network of autoblogs on several domains, already 60 and I planned 300.
I'ts been 6 months, making as of today ~ 150 -200 a day with 2.5k unique visits a day.
Its been a pain in the ass and also a shitload of work. Tryed to get partners, but everyone is focused in something else. Getting a transparent group of partners takes time. I expect to make around 500 a day in 60-90 days . I wish I could have more $$ to invest, but if I had it I would not look for partners.
My advise,
Try to outsource the work with the certainty that the job doers will be good.
