I'm assuming Greg is a busy guy. He was trying to help me with some pointers but I must have gotten lost in the shuffle.

There are some seasoned linkpushers on here so perhapses I can get some pointers from you guys.

I have a pretty green site. It's about 3 weeks old. It's indexed and has about 4 posts of original content on it. The 5th post will be done this week. Each post has proper SEO done for each targets keyword including proper internal linking as well external linking.

To keep things natural, I've done some hand back linking to each post over the last week but nothing crazy. Mostly to get indexed. I'm currently in a bit of a dance... many of my posts, except post 1, was ranked on page 1 for a few days then back down. Post 1 hasn't made it to the top 100 yet due to the competition.

My site is structured:

EM domain
Post 1 - sticky ---> Theme keyword
Post 2 ---> keyword 2 + Theme + LSI
Post 3 ---> keyword 3 + Theme + LSI
Post 4 ---> keyword 4 + Theme + LSI
Post 5 ---> keyword 5 + Theme + LSI

All of the posts are full article posts that appear on the homepage as well as their own posts, a typical lander style blog.

I'm considering the 5 link push package.

1. I'm not sure how to structure the pushes. I want to spread them out so this sticks and looks more natural.
2. Should I do a push on the root domain, then for each post?
3. Or 3 pushes on my root, 2 on my post 1?
4. Obviously, my theme keyword is my money keyword and post 1 is the most optimized for ranking that keyword... although the whole site is...
5. If I target the posts, do I target the single optimized keyword for just that post in the push?
6. My theme keyword has low competition, 160k, then the other keywords are less. The top rankers are at about 300-400 back links... Yes, should be easy to take it over.

What would be the best use of the 5 pushes?

I'm not totally sure I understand the question (why would you want to delete them?) but will attempt to answer it nonetheless:

• You don't need to delete them, the system will keep them (and for me I like to keep a record because best practice is to use the url's created for other purposes)
• Once you've used a push you can't 'delete' it as it's already being/been done, I suppose you could 'mark as failed' everything but a) That wouldn't be fair to Greg & Kevin and b) They will notice someone abusing that (be clear that I'm not accusing you of anything - I'm just trying to give the best answer)
• The url's created will stay there unless to mods/owners of the sites they're on decide to remove them

You don't need to delete anything. So if you bought a 5 link push package, you can do 5 separate link pushes in a month targeting 5 to 15 keywords in total (up to 3 per link push).

When next month rolls in, you can submit 5 more, all at the same time or during the month. If you submit them at the same time, the system will schedule them over the course of the month.

Not sure if I understand all that you are asking but here is what I am doing with my site.

I write an article and then do a link push for that keyword to that article. If it is a single keyword like paint and the domain is something like learning to paint.com then I would do a push for "paint" and "Learning to Paint" as the keywords for that push. The site is 3 weeks old and I have been doing this from day 3 and they are slowly starting to climb. I have around 30 articles with one on page one and several on pages 2-4. And yes on some there are only 2 keywords for the push but I never use only one keyword on a push.

Now if it is a keyword phrase like "blue paint" I would push "blue paint" and "paint blue". Sounds funny but you have all done keyword research and what people actually type into the search bar never ceases to amaze me.

You will find that in pushing a longtail keyword the shorter words or phrases will climb also even without a push.

When my site is done then I will target the root domain with all my keywords over time. I am building a large site so this will take a while.

This is a marathon, not a sprint.

If it was my site, I would push each article with the keyword for that article and your money word since it is in the article and the theme of the site. One push will not jump you up to the top but you will see some change.

Don't lose any sleep if the ranking drops to start with, I have seen mine on established sites drop only to come roaring back. I call it the Google shock, they are shocked that links are being built and don't know what to do so they put it in the back yard until they can figure it out. Keep at it and keep it steady.

I basically wasn't sure how to go about choosing which pages to pushlink too and which keywords to use since you can use up to 3 per push.

It's working like a charm... I have a totally new site that I am building that has several hundred pages with unique content on those pages and have only used my service to rank them.

Of the 519 KWs that I am targeting, already 23 of them are on page 1 of Google and over 150 are in the top 100... I have yet to use all the KWs on my site and thus have not backlinked them using the service.

The site is about 6 weeks old or so.

Maybe this will help some people see how random this process is. This is a screen shot from my link pushes which is a 30 push package. As you can see there are 2 pushes completed in the middle of 7 pushes processing at the moment. I have seen up to 4 pushes completed before the one in front of them completes. They may start in the order that they are entered but you can see for yourself they do not finish in that order. Some finish in 24 hours or less while others take days to complete. This is part of what makes this service so great.

I apologize in advance if I am repeating a question but theres so many posts I just dont have time to read them all...

For the web 2.0 properties you offer a "Mark as Dead" button so that we can re-queue it. But for all the other types (eg: microblog, document share...) there isn't that button. Is there a remedy for when those links go dead?
