I have 1 link pushes so far and my website is ranking good for a couple of keywords. I'm just waiting for time to pass and see more good results. LOL

Hi Greg,
I have a site that is over 3 month old. It previously has hundreds of backlinks from my other 100 mini sites.
My plan is to make this new site an authority site. I am going to add 3-4 low competition articles to it on daily basis and build backlinks to each of the articles using LP, (1-2 link push for each of the articles)
That means around 100 link push per month. Do you think the site can handle the link power from LP? I don't want my site to get sandboxed.
All links will be directed to inner pages.

Can anyone please help me with what to do in scrapebox with the new list? Which list at the bottom do I choose and what do I do in scrapebox to get any benefit?

I'm doing that with several sites right now and they are all ranking very well for brand new sites and I am positive I will not have any sandbox issues.

For SB, you grab the txt file that says Download Textfile with keywords and use that as the websites you want to get backlinks to.
You will need to put a file in the "Names" section of SB but SB will ignore it and just use the KWs that are specific to your url in our system.

This is based on assumption that the inner page has already got ranking in page 1.

Let's say you get your site ranked buy Joe comes along with his site and gets it ranked after you stop working on your site... that happens all the time as people orphan their websites.
For permanent rankings one has to work permanently on their site generally because if you found an easy KW to rank, chances are someone else will find that same KW at some point and go ahead and get their site ranked.
In general, I work on a site for months to make sure that Joe doesn't come along and say "Easy squeezy, lemon peazy, I found me a winner!"
If they want to compete with me, they better pack a big lunch.

Just a quick early review: I started my first LPs on the 14th. They completed yesterday. I wasn't really expecting any huge moves quickly but I checked my SERPs today for one of the keyword sets I targeted and was very impressed:
KW1 went from 36 to 22
KW2 went from 61 to 13
KW3 was already at 13 and so far has had no movement.
All are mesothelioma keywords that could bring me some good money on page 1.
Looking forward to seeing what happens after a week or so. Already making plans to purchase the 200 LP package.

If I've done a push to my index page, should I wait any period of time before doing a push to an inside page, or does it not matter? And should I wait to push to an inner page? (Similar to your recommendation of waiting 2-3 weeks to do a SB run).

You don't have to wait at all to hit your inner pages... hit them early and often... you'll love the results!
Just a quick update on my current project. Just a reminder, I am using nothing but LinkPushing for the backlinking to the site. Then a few weeks down the road I am doing small SB blasts to the links that are created by LP....but never direct to site.
