How to fix my SERP ranking???

I have .com site for some local dentist in my country (non English).

Made some SB AA blasts to a few link found here, directory submission.

In less than 1 week i rank no 4,5 for good KW (in gigle.com).

BUT , my searches related to my country are thrown back from place 19 to ............ infinite and beyond. Good traffic comes through local gigle.

Wtf should i do to fix this? (could it be just G dance?)

It's probably just a Google dance. But if I were you I would continue to build links naturally. You should bounce back up here in a day or two, that's what's happened with most of my sites.

To be completely honest I wouldn't even bother with directories. I mean, unless you're getting into like Yahoo or another big one then it's probably not even worth your time.

After some research i found out is true. Some local seo "experts" only do directory submissions....
