When you try to look at the source code thats what it gives you?

nope, i get it while access the url, it seem the site blocked some ip...

I would say this is a custom script probably made with ColdFusion.

anyways... by the extension .cfm it looks like they are using coldfusion markup language... not php so most probably they have a custom made script...

Take a look at that site. It's like the guy mashed together facebook and craigslist and the hwole thing is slathered in google ads.
