I'm Revealing A Profitable Facebook Campaign Based on FbDude's Poll Method.

Mr Ex,

My question to you is....when you submit your ad to FB, do you have the ad showing your landing page with the poll? Don't they frown upon CPA offers? Any way around this other than changing after they approve the ad? (which I'd like to avoid)

Just wandered where I can find the Poll Method on BHW?

I've done a few searches but can't find it.

Cheers guys.

Mr Ex how did you make your landing page, I'm new at this so I was wondering what should I know to build amazing landing pages?

Hey,

Thanks for this awesome post with detailed stats and great calculation tips!

Now, thats what they say proving with numbers & intelligence!

any pol/vote landing page sample?
cz I made one without success: my fb ad impressions: 67808, 40 clicks, from these 40 clicks, only 2 clicks on the vote button (they did not vote) and 0 leads.

thks.

I just got accepted by big network and I want to try this.
However, even if this question was already asked(like the guy above me), i think this is crucial for anyone here who will try this method, if you have 100 clicks and 2 conversions it's just lost money.

So my question is, how do you drive user to the offer? You are using a big banner on the page or do you say something like => "Complete this poll and you can get a Victoria Secrets gift card" than you redirect to offer page?

I understand that you cannot show your landing page and you did an amazing job with your report, it's extremely helpful for us newbies, but can you tell us more about how you make people complete the offer, it's very important for us to get started.

Thanks

Amazing post, thanks for taking the time.
Ill have to take a closer read when I have time.

And Have A Blessed One...

Ok, i've tried this method for a little, spending just about 11$

My results: 84,598 impression, 27 clicks, 0.032% CTR, $0.42 CPC, $0.13 CPM, $11.42 Total Spent

0.42/click is better than what they suggested of 0.65. HOWEVER, the problem is on the landing page...you've shown the stats for facebook, but really did you made 20 submits from 60 clicks??? It's very strange because even in Peerfly, Victoria Secrets offers has 1.88 conversion avg and what you achieved is over 30%.

I had 27 clicks and 0 conversions. Everything was with banners, no redirection or something.

I'm not saying that this method doesn't work, but to get a conversion rate of 30% is insane, if you don't get this high conversion rate it won't work and newbies will try and burn money for nothing...

If you don't want to make your landing page public, please PM me, not the landing page especially, but how you managed to get the 33% conversion, I'm very curios.

One last question, can you show a screenshot of the 20 conversions from Peerfly or the network you used?

Thank you

I set something in place to give this a try. I have an ad with about 1.1M targets and my estimated bid for CPM was around $0.60 while CPC was $0.24. I was expecting CPC to be higher than CPM, but I went with CPC. I set my bid to $0.12 and only had 1 impression. My offer only pays $1 but I'm hoping to get at least 1 conversion out of 10 clicks to possibly break even. My domain and Ad are very targeted. My budget is set for $10 daily. I'm going to give this another try on Sunday/Monday. I will report back after then.

Facebook Ads can work if you know how to play the game. I don't doubt FacebookDude's and Mr. Ex's success. They make it sound easier than it is, so for you beginners, don't expect to see amazing results your first few times. Trial and error will lead you to your success.

cnick79: I know what you mean and definitely facebook ads work and you can make money from that, I have no doubt about that also, I'm pretty sure that Mr.Ex and FBdude are making money from facebook, but what I don't understand is how Mr.Ex managed to get so high conversions, this is the only thing I doubt.

I will try some other things to see if it works. I already burned 20$ with this method, also I redirected directly to offer via 301 redirects, without reaching to vote page, but you need very low CPC to break even.

Tomorrow I will burn again about 20$ to test different things.

plus you can find the html code to make a redirection in order to get the ad approved :

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
<title>Your Page Title</title>
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://www.the-domain-you-want-to-redirect-to.com"></HEAD>
<BODY>
</BODY>
</HTML>

great share will give this a try and report back i have never done this before but i know some one who made a lot of money with fb ads

if you have a legit site that has already been accepted by a CPA company you can use http://www.contentgeneration.org/?s=redirector to fake the referer and let your cpa manager think all your traffic is coming from your legit site, whereas it actually comes from FB :D

What percentage below FB's min suggested bid are you guys seeing impressions for your Ads? Facebooks suggested bid is $0.21-$0.35 and my bid is set to $0.20. So far today I've only had 6 impressions. I've never had to pay FB's suggested price and I'm pretty darn close to the minimum.

How come's I see this thread now so late? :P

Great test study, gives me a lot of ideas. I thought Facebook was crap & nothing for affiliates like us, after the first few campaigns I tested. Gave me a very bad ROI, but now I will definitely set-up some new campaigns after I read your article.

Keep it up, bro!
