REMOVE the 0 in com and replace with an o
once youve done that, you'll see these guys offer an aweber style service and allow you 2,000 subscribers FREE of charge and a monthly mail out of 12,000 - after that, you pay & compared to the other provider (below), you pay quite steeply but it will get you started without spending a bean and if you get to the stage where you have 2k optins im pretty sure you wont mind paying anyway, but in any event, you can look at migrating to a more economical provider at that stage.
main thing is you get started for nothing which is what you wanted right?
....having said that, you might want to look at this provider (imnicamail) as an alternative, but you do have to pay from day 1.
their starter packages are inexpensive ($9 per month for upto 5k subscribers & $17 for 10k) and that compares very favourably with mailchimp who charge substantially more ($75 for 5k!) and aweber ($50 for 5k)
