Making FBML Facebook Pages for local businesses

I recently downloaded this:

The method us is basically making the new style Facebook pages for local businesses. It's very interesting, and I think it has a lot of potential to be successful, especially for those businesses who really use facebook a lot, such as clothes shops, nightclubs, pubs, restaurents.

Also, like website designing, you can have extra services, such as set up an email / newsletter , FB likes , etc.

I am at the moment setting up a site for this, and setting up some examples, and getting my head around this. I am gonna give this a good shot, if people are correct about 95% of visitors to BHW don't do anything, I am a 5% , only wish I was more successful.

Anyway, I have a question or two for you offliners !

1) Any body doing this at the moment? If so , any advice etc?

2) The creator of that WSO claims he made $2400 from 3 clients. That just doesn't make sense to me, I think that price is unrealistically high. I would aim for $200 / ?150 . and maybe like ?50 per year for hosting the files on your server. What do you guys think? would ?150 be underpricing myself? Keep in mind , each page should be max 2/3 hrs work... and it's a recession in my country!

Looking forward to your thoughts, I may update this to let people know how I am getting on etc.

I good Facebook Page for local businesses should be in much higher price, you can make a complete website inside a facebook page, if you work directly with the client you can charge 1k-2k for a facebook "application" page, with custom graphics, newsletter signps, lead genrator with content management and etc, but it won't be a 2-3 hrs work..

I guess I was more tending towards a cheap solution, only altering templates a little bit from client to client. I guess there are two different approaches, cheap and superficial, or expensive and indepth. Well something I will be considering anyway
