How to set up a second paypal account?

How would you make a second paypal account(personal)?
I have another active but limited personal account, and is frozen.

Would it be best if i created it in another name like instead of Michale Wagner, then M. Wagner?

Please tell me all that you know, it is only gonna be temporary. Like for a month or so.

What You need to do I go open up a different bank account - that's how they check. Instead of Michale Wagner or M. Wagner - open up the bank account with M. MIDDLE NAME Wagner. Then open Paypal account
with same thing - and make sure the home address's are not the same on the accounts.

Okay, is there another way, if i don't need it connected to a bank account?

It's getting harder and harder. PP's getting better at linking accounts. You really do need a bank account or you will find your second PP account suspended soon after you open it. You need different bank account, name, phone, address etc. One way is to incorporate but that is expensive. A DBA is cheaper and may get you the bank account.

PayPal let's you have 1 business account and 1 personal account. So you can have 2 accounts using the same address as long as 1 is personal and 1 is a business account.

DBA - Doing Business AS - Its a US Based term they did not see where you are from- will not work in Your country.

You can mispell the your first name that sound like with your name or just changed one letter. You can still withdraw to your bank account even it its not all the same first name. And the address you can use your close neighbor address or your aunt or your relatives.

Never ever create or just open another paypal to the ip you use in your limited paypal. Paypal will link to that new paypal and will limit your account anytime without any reasons.

^^ This. It's the only legit way to have two paypal accounts under the same name and address. You need two bank accounts to verify the accounts, or you could use a bank account for one account and a credit card for the other. They can be different accounts at the same bank (eg a checking and a saving account). You will have to pay some shitty fees for the premiere account though.

f it's really necessary to have a second pay pal account.. Though I don't really see why. You could always register a dummy LLC, and then get a free EIN (Employee Identification Number) which will allow you to open a business bank account. Along with that you can now do business under that business's name instead of your own. Registering a business name will cost you, but it's worth it if you are planning on doing offline consulting anyway

Open a new bank account, change new ip address or everytime you make a transaction use any restaurant free wireless, change phone number, paypal cannot verify full name owner they verify by zip code, use an alias per example if your name is john doe use johnny doe..and clean your cache...greetings

You cannot have two premier or business accounts. 1 personal and 1 premier (as mentioned before). If you sell on ebay and get payments to your personal account, paypal will suspend account in fact that you get to much money. I guess, there is no way to have 2 working premiers/business accounts on your own name. Sure there is opportunity to have many working accounts
