How to set up a second paypal account?

If I set up my original verified paypal account from my old address, would I be able to set up a new account at my new address with a difference bank account?

That should not be a problem at all. Many married couples have their own PP accounts and only 1 computer in the house.
 
Yeah, that works great, but won't work if you are going to connect it to a cc og bank account.
 
i just need to make a payment via paypal without it showing my company name. i can add different emails on my paypal account, but all i care about is what the seller will see when i make the payment, i dont want them to be able to see my first and last name nor my company name, i just want them to see my newly added paypal email alias, will this work or do i need to setup a whole new paypal using my FBN and seperate bank account? I have several bank accounts, btw. I would just like to not have to setup a new paypal account to hide the name of my main company and pay it from a different company name. nothing shady or illegal here, just want it to show a different company name than the one that is the main name on my account. how to?
 
Wait until the New Year for EU PayPal whatever country that is....they're implementing IDChecker.com for all documents submitted....going to need to use a new workaround for this one!
 
If you read more carefully they're already using ID Checker.nl BV (Netherlands) (Ireland) for many years or months ago now. Including many other companies for checking the documents, scanning/OCRing the info from them, extracting it, checking in multiple databases in seconds and so on. Here is the update info. The only diff. is this part "automatic data extraction from images of documents,and document validation / forgery detection".

And again - visit all of those companies their websites to see what exactly they're doing with your documents, identity, invoices, etc. when PP asks and wants from you (and from many other people).

Regarding the "Effective Date: Dec 29, 2014" - I don't think that after that date would be harder for EU accs.
 
That is not a reliable way to have 10+ / 20+ Stealth eB and PP accs. Nor 200+ like some guys from other forums.
 
This is easy, just buy a VCC (Virtual Credit Card). You can use these to verify Paypal Accounts with whatever name and address you choose. In the Philippines, you can try and search for theseller Frank and one VCC will just cost you roughly $25. after 2 business days or less, you get Paypal Expuse Code. I do not know any sellers from other countries. I see this "tarjeta" something somethings on fb but I do not know if they serve international or local VCCs. Another way is just ask a friend or relative, open a bank account with minimum deposit on their name, then use it to verify paypal. It would be a problem though if you are into something illegal LoL. VCC is the best and most anonymous way to do this.

You can mispell the your first name that sound like with your name or just changed one letter. You can still withdraw to your bank account even it its not all the same first name. And the address you can use your close neighbor address or your aunt or your relatives.

LOL I've been searching for this answer for over an hour. THE PROPERTY ADDRESS! That's the key! The IP address I figured out three days ago, but I missed the silly property address! GREAT explanation! So many people are saying that you can simply use the same PP account but just change the email address. I KNOW this is incomplete information. Thanks so much!

If you decide to use a PayPal account or create one under someone else, just remember you will have to send them an SSN once you meet PayPal's IRS threshold.
 
& that's only for US PP accs. No advanced user will use to "US" for his PP acc because of the mentioned thing above, specially those who have already given in the past their SSN and their old PP acc is blocked/frozen forever.
 
Yes, you can create 2 accounts on Paypal 1 is for your personal and another is for business or merchant online.
