I was wondering if they were worth the extra money as an EMD. I have never had luck trying to rank .info domains but has anyone tried and successfully ranked a ".co" domain yet?
They're being touted as the next .com, so I'm assuming they should rank as well.
By who? There will never be a "next .com" because you would have to re-teach billions of people everything they know about the internet. At least 50% of the people using the internet are not aware of any extension outside of .com.
.Coms get type in traffic. .Coms are easily passed virally because they are easier to remember.
Having said that, axj85 and jason2009 said it good. With great SEO, you can rank basically anything , for anything you want.
