Is 4 private proxies enough for learning SB and testing it? And i cant find the way how to save scraped lists with pageranks included...

The free proxy source available in SB proxy checker is well enough for all you learning and testing purpose. If you are gonna do any blast to test how it works, use some invalid URLs like http://dfjhngljdfhgodufhg.com to avoid akismet ban.

When you click on "Export URL List" button you can see the option to save the scraped URLs with PR in different format.

Yes, it uses proxies. You can even choose which proxy you want to use to open a page.

Yes, anchor text would be your SB generated names. If you are targeting any keywords then use it as your anchor text(names) instead of SB generated names. In case of moderated blogs, use girl names for higher approval rate he he

If I use main KW in name section should i put my KW in drop letter? ("Keyword" or "keyword"). On my site I use always "Keyword Keyword Keyword" (kw contains 3 words). It may be stupid question...but I just want to be perfect while learning SB and SEO.

I never use SB to blast comments to my money site, I always outsource, or build quality backlinks, then I blast the hell out of those backlinks and ping those backlinks created.

The qoutee doesn't want his main site to be affiliated with comment spam so he puts another layer between comment links and his site.
He will get some high pr backlinks for example that are not nofollow, then he will backlinks to those backlinks assuming that link juice will be passed on through the hq links to his main site.
He just doens't want his site to be directly affiliated with spam, presummably to avoid Google and/or Aksimet punishment.
This how I do it most of the time as well.
