Question to the OP: what is the best practice for using your service repeatedly on the same site and/or the same keyword?
If you want to target the same site for the same keywords or related keywords, it's best to add additional posts the existing web 2.0 sites.
Advantages of such an approach :
Over a period, you would have built 30 solid blogs which will pass linkjuice to your site. They will attain some PR if you can build backlinks to them ( may be scrapebox comments or profile links ). You are building a sustainable and expandable link profile around your site which will only get more power as time passes.
Disadvantages of this approach :
If any of these blogs gets removed, you will miss out on a lot of link power and a lot of hard work. That's a risk which is always there when we use web 2.0 sites. But then again, this approach is much much better than relying on one-post-wonder blogs.
An alternative approach is to create fresh web 2.0 sites, with tier1 sites on different platforms than the previous ones. That way, you get direct backlinks from multiple IPs and domains.

Yes, I do recomend, with the first approach mentioned above.

Yes, here we can either rebuild a new network or add to the existing one. If we are rebuilding, we need to use new tier1 sites.

Of course I do. We can add additional posts to boost inner pages for different but related keyword.
- will you rotate different tier 1 hosts for repeat orders or is this unmodifiable?
Of course we will. We do everything manually. No software is being used for web 2.0 blog creation. Hence, we are not limited to a specific number of platforms or methods. It's wide open.
- any other recommendations?
Send more backlinks to web 2.0 sites. May be profile links, xrumer blasts, blog comments. That will really help.
