Yes I know that but. But for twitter if my account is not verified. What can the account can't do? Meaning can it send reply? Can it receive tweets etc?

I have been creating accounts using free proxies but they usually get banned within 2 weeks

The other option is to use private proxies BUT they are more expensive if your doing blackhat then use public white hat = private
