Thanks for the all the links this should help me more than just Google keywords tool. I was looking at a traffic spy website before that shows the amount of money that your competitors are spending on adwords, organic, and the keywords use. etc. It was called something "fusion" I can't remember the website and cant find it anymore. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Anyone know what tool he is talking about and if it is still relevant?

Yeah, you are definitely right. We should go beyond what the Google suggest say. There are endless possibilities of a high-paying niche with low competition. It doesn't always exactly means that a good niche is high-paying, or a good niche is what other people always refer to and talk about as a good niche.
