You are a life saver and thanks very much for this write-up. Am one of those starters you mentioned in the beginning of this thread, I have read lost here but its all so confusing and sometimes sketchy so am grateful you took out some of your time to do a detailed write-up. THANKS :D
 
Bah. Maybe I'm just socially-challenged but I still can't seem to grab a good niche after a couple years.
