Hi,

You probably recognize me from my recent support request emails...

I'd like to start out by saying that you've got a great product just what I needed at the right time.

Then I'd like to move on to some issues:

1) I just noticed that the spinner sometimes re-writes the keyphrases I fetched in both the thread title and within the posts. This is unacceptable to me as this will screw up my aim of ranking high for specific niche keyphrases. So if I have a domain www.keyphrase1forum.com then what I need is for this script to just let my keyphrases be intact.

So perhaps you can offer me a fast solution for this?

Or maybe you can update the script soon so that the spinner jumps over my keyphrases?

I really need to use the spinner but I MUST have my keyphrases, so help me out here.

I don't want the keyphrase "fathers day" changed to "dads day" or "pops day" I hope you understand how vital this is to all of your customers! :)

2) So I want to grow the forum to look natural to google, I selected a new forum to fetch 15,000 but only make 40 posts a day. After 2 hours there were no posts, so I did the manual cron-job setup using your instructions with 1 minute setting. What happened next is all 40 posts got posted in 40 minutes 1 post per minute.

I thought there was a built in timer that would divide 40 posts by 24 hours and post like 2 posts every 1,6 hours. So this is also vital, it has to look natural to google or we're DOOMED!

Any fast solution for this?

I read in your earlier reply to someone that we should setup 2 campaings with 2 cronjobs, but how will the script know which cronjob goes with which campaign, also I fear this might create duplicate content if same keywords are used to fetch info from yahoo answers.

3) Please tell me how to go about creating users/members I created 300 members on a new forum and only 40 posts so it doesn't look natural. How do you go about this? And do you have to create new forum users/members everytime you create a campaign?

Also as someone mentioned here earlier you should have it so same users are used over the whole forum and not just on a specific category/campaign.

Ok thats all other than that I LOVE YOU for having such an AWESOME product, just fix the above 3 and you have a WINNER.

Also raise your affiliate program payout to 75% and let me know where to find your promotional banners so I can start promoting it on my IM sites.

PS. Yes please pm me the forums too, if you got a niche forum I'd like to see that.

Sorry about the long post but it's for the greater good. :smurves30

Thanks a lot for the appreciation i'll try and solve the issues below.

#1: We do understand you issue with the main keyword messing up and what we would do for that is that we would add the keywords entered in the campaign as do no change list in the spinner so that issue is solved. I'll send this recommendation over to the tech team.

#2: We genrally have users posting 2-3k posts a day so thats why the cron works the way it does. What i'll do is i'll send this suggestion over of the gap in posts to the tech team so that is sorted out in the future versions. For now you can manually tweak the gap between cron jobs runs to your interest so that the posts are spread throughout the day. For your case if you want 2 posts ever 1.5 hour you can set the time between cron jobs as 45minutes. So one post would show up after every 45 minutes.

#3: I never recommended setting up 2 cron jobs. The cron job that you setup posts on all campaigns and you dont need to setup 2 cron jobs. One does the job just fine without hogging the server.

#4: As i mentioned in previous posts you can use the same member list on all campaigns so that ways as the forum grows the number of posts would grow and the users would remain the same and that ways the forum would start looking a lot more natural. The present campaigns would keep running too so there is nothing to worry.

Increasing the commissions to 75% wont be viable because as you can imagine this is a software product and we have put a lot of resources into development and we have round the clock support. As you can imagine we have a lot of office related costs etc. So that would lead to making the whole thing un-viable for us considering the support request each user makes! :)

Thanks again for the appreciation we really appreciate the gesture!

One more thing, I need to make forum URL's SEO friendly... :drinking2

So in your ebook you refer to this SEO mod for phpbb:
Code:
http://www.phpbb-seo.com/
I followed your steps in the ebook and looked for a youtube video on how to install this mod but didn't find a single video about it on youtube.

I went to that site and downloaded the mod but it seems I need to edit around 20 files and mess around with difficult codes before I can use that script.

Another option on that same site was to download a premoded version of phpbb, but that means I have to manually install phpbb and can't use the fast fantastico installation. (takes time with many domains)

So please if you know of any could you refer me to a easy to isntall mod to make the phpbb urls seo friendly so my urls have keywords in both categories and thread pages.

I know helping me find a seo mod doesn't have much to do with selling a software, but I believe I deserve your help on this as the script only supports phpbb and my favorite MYBB platform isn't supported at the current time.

Thanks :borladuck

We recommend that mod because it is frankly the best mod out there and it takes care of "everything" seo related on phpBB. There are many other phpBB mods that you can implement for SEO purpose on your forum. You can find the list here: http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/find-contribution/keywords_seo-c[]_1-sc_1

Let me know if you run into any other issue.

I'd be interested if this could also run on vbulletin or wordpressforum

Looks very interesting.
1st, when do you think the randomized replies time update will be out? This is quite important to me.

2nd, in real forums, certain members will be alot more active than others. Its it possible to make the software pick some member accounts more frequently than others, for example would duplicating the username do this, eg in usernames file have:
jasonBenner
hupcat
aptenner
aptenner
aptenner
aptenner
aptenner
mike33
obal_strike
etc

Cause user aptenner to be used for most posts?

Thanks

Also in one of your posts you actually said people could use their own clickbank ID to purchase, so are you saying you actually endorse that approach?

Thanks

We are in the process of implementing the first thing and you should see a update in a day or two.

The username is picked at random. Only thing checked is that the user who created the thread should be different from the one replying. I believe this issue came up because you setup very less accounts. The probability of that happening is very low if the number of users created is high. I'll still notify the tech team though.

when will VB version be released?

That would require some time frankly. Since the whole structure of the forum is different so it requires the whole code base to be revamped and optimized. After that we would have to do a lot of testing to make sure it is working according to the requirement so that would take a bit of time.

also after spin the post titles are crap, and I saw in my adsense tracking that g**gle sees /autopost/ file, this I dont think is good. I have a site that ive been working on for 7 days, was indexed 24 pages, now down to 15 without further indexing in days. Mind you I have at least 10k posts on the forum. please let me know.

Can it be solved?

I've had a forum for a week, and none of the pages are indexed yet.
Is there a way you suggest to go about it? The forum's domain has about 200 indexed backlinks.

We frankly dint have that issue. Even in the sample forum we had. Even though we have dup content its indexed 30-40%. We have a lot of users with thousants of pages indexed.

For disallowing google from indexing that autopost section that is pretty easy. You can simply disallow google to crawling that folder in robots.txt

You can find the instructions for doing so here: http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/robots.shtml

Thanks for your reply, but i think you missed what i was saying.

I was asking if it was possible to make one use post more than others, not saying i had a problem with it.

I WANT some users to post more than others.
Is that possible?
Thanks

Rony, how long does it take for the dup forum threads to be indexed, from your experience? Give me both - fastest event and pessimistic event.
I am a bit concerned with my result, and overall effect of the forum of my developed domain.

Do you have an installation service or outsourcers?

Ive been up almost a week and not seeing good indexing results, thats WITH using the spinner.

Like the idea of this script stopped doing forums a while back because of all the spam.

Might give this a shot.

so when a user signs up to use my new forum i capture their email address and automatically build an email list? do they also have to confirm their email address after signing up to my forum? thanks.

What you can do is, when the user signs up, redirect him to a page asking him to confirm their email address all the while sending them an email with a link to confirm their email address. When they click the link in the email address, take them to the login page. Do not make it auto-login. ;)

Well currently the script is picking up users at random. So that cant be done as such. It would be a coding mayhem if we try implementing that. Priority n stuff. You can always implement the same signature to users and also implement 1 of 10 random signatures on the forum. I would recommend reading the earlier posts. Some users asked how to do that and we had given a solution to that.

Seriously we have xrummer and scrapebox. And this is what we do to get the whole thing going very quickly.
1) We order like 5k profile blast and we get forum profile backlinks
2) we order 20-30k scrapebox backlinks for the forum profiles so that ways the 5k links get indexed very quickly and all the link juice is transferred to the site.

The whole thing costs like $20 per site and that leads to 70-80% website indexing for website with unique content in a week and 50-60% for a website with no unique content indexed. You can go with some other strategy too but this is what we do ourself.

Do you have an installation service or outsourcers?

There are some people offering this on warrior forum. I would recommend looking on warrior forum for there services. They are selling hosting + installation + setup of "one" forum on warrior forum and are doing quite well actually!

Ive been up almost a week and not seeing good indexing results, thats WITH using the spinner.

I would recommend some linkbuilding the way i suggested above. Since the content in the forum is a lot faster that autoblogs you have a be a bit more agressive with linkbuilding.

you would automatically have there email id when they signup. You can export it from the DB if they confirm or not. That is not really a concern.
