Hi,
You probably recognize me from my recent support request emails...
I'd like to start out by saying that you've got a great product just what I needed at the right time.
Then I'd like to move on to some issues:
1) I just noticed that the spinner sometimes re-writes the keyphrases I fetched in both the thread title and within the posts. This is unacceptable to me as this will screw up my aim of ranking high for specific niche keyphrases. So if I have a domain www.keyphrase1forum.com then what I need is for this script to just let my keyphrases be intact.
So perhaps you can offer me a fast solution for this?
Or maybe you can update the script soon so that the spinner jumps over my keyphrases?
I really need to use the spinner but I MUST have my keyphrases, so help me out here.
I don't want the keyphrase "fathers day" changed to "dads day" or "pops day" I hope you understand how vital this is to all of your customers!
2) So I want to grow the forum to look natural to google, I selected a new forum to fetch 15,000 but only make 40 posts a day. After 2 hours there were no posts, so I did the manual cron-job setup using your instructions with 1 minute setting. What happened next is all 40 posts got posted in 40 minutes 1 post per minute.
I thought there was a built in timer that would divide 40 posts by 24 hours and post like 2 posts every 1,6 hours. So this is also vital, it has to look natural to google or we're DOOMED!
Any fast solution for this?
I read in your earlier reply to someone that we should setup 2 campaings with 2 cronjobs, but how will the script know which cronjob goes with which campaign, also I fear this might create duplicate content if same keywords are used to fetch info from yahoo answers.
3) Please tell me how to go about creating users/members I created 300 members on a new forum and only 40 posts so it doesn't look natural. How do you go about this? And do you have to create new forum users/members everytime you create a campaign?
Also as someone mentioned here earlier you should have it so same users are used over the whole forum and not just on a specific category/campaign.
Ok thats all other than that I LOVE YOU for having such an AWESOME product, just fix the above 3 and you have a WINNER.
Also raise your affiliate program payout to 75% and let me know where to find your promotional banners so I can start promoting it on my IM sites.
PS. Yes please pm me the forums too, if you got a niche forum I'd like to see that.
Sorry about the long post but it's for the greater good. :smurves30
Thanks a lot for the appreciation i'll try and solve the issues below.
#1: We do understand you issue with the main keyword messing up and what we would do for that is that we would add the keywords entered in the campaign as do no change list in the spinner so that issue is solved. I'll send this recommendation over to the tech team.
#2: We genrally have users posting 2-3k posts a day so thats why the cron works the way it does. What i'll do is i'll send this suggestion over of the gap in posts to the tech team so that is sorted out in the future versions. For now you can manually tweak the gap between cron jobs runs to your interest so that the posts are spread throughout the day. For your case if you want 2 posts ever 1.5 hour you can set the time between cron jobs as 45minutes. So one post would show up after every 45 minutes.
#3: I never recommended setting up 2 cron jobs. The cron job that you setup posts on all campaigns and you dont need to setup 2 cron jobs. One does the job just fine without hogging the server.
#4: As i mentioned in previous posts you can use the same member list on all campaigns so that ways as the forum grows the number of posts would grow and the users would remain the same and that ways the forum would start looking a lot more natural. The present campaigns would keep running too so there is nothing to worry.
Increasing the commissions to 75% wont be viable because as you can imagine this is a software product and we have put a lot of resources into development and we have round the clock support. As you can imagine we have a lot of office related costs etc. So that would lead to making the whole thing un-viable for us considering the support request each user makes!
Thanks again for the appreciation we really appreciate the gesture!
