Infact, i'm writing this post while I wait for my wordpress upgrade to finish. It also took be about 10 minutes to change my MX records and CNAME in the bluehost cpanel as well so it's not like it's just my websites. Slow websites and slow Cpanel = NO FUN... Thinking about migrating all of my websites to my hostgator account if they don't do something about this.

Anyone else having this problem with bluehost?

I have a Bluehost account and don't have the problem It would depend on what's being run on your server. If it's a lot of people running Autoblogs you're out of luck until the admins pick up on it and shut them down.

Hostgator can also suffer from the same problem so the only sure way is a dedicated box but that's going to cost you a lot more than shared hosting.

Ya, for sure gonna do a dedicated box when I start generating a little more money.

Actually most of my clients come from BlueHost.
Every time when I need to transfer backup files from them to me is pain and agony...
Slow connection, slow server and much more work with them, than with others...

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

So true bluehost overloads their servers until you can barely use them.

I can host you guys on hostgator servers on my reseller account... a couple of free spots open. PM if interested.

I have had issues with Bluehost in the past and changed to Hostgator. Have had terriffic service and support. no complaints.
