Replica site shut down by nike!! what now??

How much money can you make in prison to help your family member get surgery? Go legit dude. If you don't know how to work a system for selling counterfeit stuff online and you have to ask people on a public forum, you're best to just shut things down and forget it and enjoy the money while it lasted.

On the other hand if this shoe business is the only thing you are allowing yourself to know how to do then you can get away with buying/selling locally if you're in a decent sized area with a lot of mom and pop shoe shops and thats the method I'd go with if I were you. That way, you aren't screwed until they are slapping the cuffs on you when you go to make a sale.

But seriously. Read my first sentence in this reply. Think about it.

'...You have already been caught. You cannot be 'un-caught'.

Hiding behind off-shore hosting with the same domain name is not going to work and you do NOT want to be the guy that Nike choose to make an example of.

For your own sake, safety and peace-of-mind, PLEASE listen to Uptownbulker and the other good advice and move on. This 'death-wish' (figuratively speaking) you have will not help anyone.

well i had to have something covered somewhat right because on the letter they dont even have my correct info. they have the wrong info with the name of someone who is not even real. so if they were on top of their sh@#$! it seems like they would have the correct info. I wish i could find a connect with real jordans so i can just sell those, but of course i cant find one. so i have talked to a guy in my area and he has been doing this for 10 years and he said he has had cease and desist letters from nike 3 or 4 times already and each time he just shuts the site down and nike never responds again. he also said that he doesnt even use off shore hosting and thay all he does is use vc cards with fake name and address to buy the domain name and for everything like i thought about ( although i think im sticking with offshore hosting) and he says they can never find out who he is because they think he is a different person each time. the reason i find that easy to believe is because as i stated earlier they did not even get my info correct on the letter they sent me. honestly if they had my correct info, that may have made me want to stop a little bit more. but because they didnt its almost like a small victory. but i dont know, if someone knows of how to get real nikes put me down!! then i wont have to worry about this. i can sell real nikes for a $150. they will move at any price

Yeah. OK. You've got it figured out. You don't need to convince us. You've figured out how to eek out a small profit by selling illegal counterfeit merchandise. You have nothing to worry about from a major multi-national corporation with more lawyers and deeper pockets than you could ever hope to imagine. More power to you! We wish you the best of luck. But ...

Don't come crying back when it all catches up with you. I know something about online marketing, but I know nothing at all about escaping from prison. You'll need to find another forum for that.

Use off shore hosting register the domain in china, and use offshore cc processing, then you will be safe (not in your real name of course). The feds cant touch the chinese and china is fueled by fake goods and they know Nike needs them. Why bother selling original when you can make far more profit selling fakes, thats the way the chinese work.

And when people talk about Nike & Paypal and all of the other large corps out there, what about the factories where they pay a few $ an hour to produce these ORIGINAL merchandise? Families which work 12 hour + shifts and get jack for it and sometimes are abused, oh and of course Nike doesnt know about this... and Nike are making not millions but billions of profits because they just take a blind eye towards it.

And as for Paypal enough said just google "paypal complaints" and you get a few million results.....
Paypal is a company based on "legal fraud" and having a bank in luxemburg which is a country notorious for money laundering and laxed banking laws.

Also think more complex and not to simple.

fukin nike anyway are scam whores using sweat shops to get their crap proccessed in the first place.. but smoov1..

dude you need to start again from scratch with new domain etc.. to try and off shore everything is just bs that nike will see through and then it will look like you are trying to obstruct the justice not just being an ignorant twat this time round..

atleast reg'ing a new domain nike will just track it down and send another cease & desist when they eventually find it..

go legit dude.
I might be new here, but I'm sure if you continue this, in a few months there will be a thread "Help! Nike sued me $xxx, xxx!"
Now I hope you won't be the OP

Can't you just turn it into a nike affiliate site and still get paid?

what the hell is a VC card ? i hear people keep saying that what is that ? i do agree with the others saying to change your domain name just start over with that also i listed some things i that i knew already about the game is there any one that can offer me advice starting up a site like this and please dont repond if your just goingto tell me not to do it i respect what all you guys are trying to say but in every thing that pays off there are big risk go hard or go home im not going home !!! and nike is a fraud them damn selves and every one knows it these people produce the same sneakers and place higher prices on them when it cost less then a damn dollar to produce that S@#$ come on ?? so any way any advice im going offshore my main question is how will i get the money ? i wanted to use money orders because credit cards have charge backs any ideas guys ???

Holy shit.. this thread is still going on?

"all he does is use vc cards with fake name and address to buy the domain name and for everything"

Good to see you are entertaining throwing some identity theft into the mix...

This is why they invented the 3 strike law.

hey i am seriously starting to wonder if buzzkill and uptown are like lawyers or police or informants or something. im not saying sh*@# in this thread ever again. either that or they went to law school

I mean - WTF - Their answers were too correct, detailed, and negative for you?
If every question on this site were answered so succinctly, we'd all be fricking millionaires by now.
I mean, but... just... DAMN. Dude.

Go to a Offshore Hosting/Domain and say "fuck" to Nike Lawyers...

If Offshore hosting accepts HYIP and Ponzi-Scheme Sites, they will accept Fakes Shoes sites...

A big company like Nike can easily address the issue to Interpol if they decide to pursue it and can get a subpoena to see your Paypal records or domain registration details. So better to forgo that domain and focus your attention on some new creative projects.

:) if you reseller from some factory on your country
dont worry keep it up ... your not at us state
some people use a lot diffrent way to earning

the better point of this is you not scam you sell item "replica"
i think is same like you use blackhat
such as ewhore you pretend to be a sexy women

Change hosting and domain also, its going to take another year for nike to find out your domain.
