Hi all,

Can this arbitrage work?

A non-US citizen, opt for the CPM and buys cheap traffic and sends it to the relevant page.

Thanks in advance.

actually i have thought of this before but im wondering will they monitor the traffic referrers of your article

There isn't any indication in the FAQ that traffic needs to be geographical or IP specific. Or am I too blind to see it?

Perhaps someone who is already into this profitably can help us answer this question?

It could well be another way to get a nice income going to spend on bigger projects. And will be good for noobs like me to finally see the "earning light" at the end of the tunnel... :o

1) They're just trying to scare you. I've submitted a 100% copied article (there were 0 results for the article on google and copyscape so I thought I was safe) They found the article online somewhere and just gave me a warning that stated something to the effect of "If you do this again your account may face deletion". So chances are, if you do get caught, they'll just warn you no biggie.

2) My articles get approved every 7-9 days or so.

THe same happened to me lol. They just gave a warning. What I found interesting was that on one account I got only some articles approved because they were looking for "unique content", however on the other I got 6 from 8 approved although they were just as unique as the articles in the first account (they came from the same source).

2 possibilities here:

1. The person is outside the USA, and AC pays upfront for US persons. After $600 I think one would need to send them tax info ... obviously if someone is outside the US, he cannot do that .... so multiple paypal emails that will not reach $600.

2. It would be suspicious if somebody would send them daily 20 articles .... and then in 4 month that account would have over 2400 articles. It would raise a lot of questions, and they would closely monitor that account, and nobody wants that :)

1. I'm outside USA, there is no problem, they pay me for upfront. Tax info is only for US.

2. There should not suspicious at all.. may be the submitter already have a tons of article in their hard disk.. They can even send 100 articles per day with just one account.

...and most importantly.. they make profit with our articles... so they should be more gratefully if we send them a lot of articles... :pcguru:

So are you saying you put that you were from outside the US in your application and you were still eligible for upfront payment?

no,you have to put a US zip code and all.but your paypal account will not be of US.

Yeah, that much I know, because I'm outside the US too and have registered using a fake US address. But it seems as if he was saying he registered using his none US address and still got upfront payment... just wanted him to clarify that.

So if I enter some fake address in the US, and use my normal paypal account from Canada, I will get paid up front?

are there any other sites like associated content

I tried looking for such sites but could not come up with any. I looked at constant content but it doesnt look like they payout anymore

For those looking for alternatives to AC... You may want to read this article:Top Sites for Freelance Writers

The article is from our favourite place... AC.

This is a list of other sites like AC that pays upfront. Personally, I have never tried any of the sites from this article besides AC, but I hope to checkout some of good paying ones that I saw.

I also know of another Site:http://dailyarticle.com/ that pays upfront... not for articles thought, but for essays. They pay $8-13 upfront if your submission is accepted. They normally review submissions within 24hrs.

This site is a lot simular to CC, except they pay upfront for essays along with allowing you to sell aricles from their site.

The kind of essays they are looking for should be on current issues about the environment, technology, sports, politics, world new, etc. And you must cite references in order for your submission to be considered.

Okay, I sent in an article that I originally wrote for ezine articles and rewrote using google translator (and of course ad to touch up on my own) and they just approved it. It got $7.23, I was pretty surprised, but then again I do have a history w/ AC (I just havent written for them in a while).

:D I happy to hear that. So what was the length of your article?

^It was 425 words. I dont think there are other articles like it on AC, at least from doing a quick search, so thats probably why the payment was that high.

Anyone know a software (free or cracked ofcourse) that Mac users can use?

A great article writing tool that I have been using is "Instant Article Wizard". You can get it for free by doing a search on BitTorrent Monster. I can finish one in like 15 minutes using this.
