Hmm do the proxies have to be validated with username / password? If not, then I want them .

As blackcloud says above our proxies use ipallow instead of username / password authentication, which means you just need to login to your own control panel area provided and change the IP you're on if/when it changes and as soon as you hit Save and Update they are immediately ready to go again.

Can you check your spam bucket please? For some reason all our emails are getting sent to spam.

If no luck PM me your Paypal email address you used to signup and I'll send it again. It definitely would have been sent though and already approved too.

Special note about our emails going to spam...

For some reason all our emails are getting sent to spam, probably has something to do with some lameo spammer using the same hostgator server we're on.

please make sure that you have [email protected] whitelisted or setup to not be Spam if you're using any of the free email services.

We apologise for this inconvenience and are trying to work out a method to stop it happening.

If this is IP related. . . how does it work on multiple ip's. I use stuff on my a few remote desktops, and on my home computer, etc. Do i just login each time on these ip's to have them accessible. . Sorry never used a pay system without usernameassword sign ins.

You're allowed to have 2 IPs at a time in the allow section for the 10 IP Pack, so if you use more than that yes you just have to login to change it.

Hey, do you realise how silly (I typed in STUPID, but didn't want to appear too angry!) it is to put one of my cblocks on here? Please REMOVE it immediately!

And yes we're aware of the proxy slowing down issue. The problem is that apparently the motherboard we were given at one of the data centers for 3 servers won't take any more ram than the 2gigs we already have so we're trying to work with the data center on a fix. Because the proxies are all loaded into ram we're running at up to 100% ram usage which slows down the entire system including throughput speed.

We're working on it, but in the meantime since we can't monitor this usage 24/7 all you have to do is let us know and we'll do a network restart and that fixes it until they suddenly fill up again.

*edit* I have just performed the network restart so they're all back up to speed now.

These proxies are unique and great but the only problem is this

They are on Super Fast Fat Bandwidth Pipes

They are slow at best. Some are very slow but they're going to be fixed soon as more ram is being added in the next few days so we'll see what happens.

So, good proxies but bad speed(for now)

Yes there is a speed issue on a couple of our servers but as Mirza93 says above we are working on a fix right now. This is something we hadn't ever really noticed until now because we have so very many clients spread across multiple servers.

We are approaching 99% of Ram usage on ALL servers now because all proxy services are loaded directly into Ram apparently, at least the proxy app we use does. We are working with the data center to firstly double the amount of ram in all our servers. Having Ram so full all the time causes the entire system to slow down including throughput of bandwidth they tell me. This should happen within the next couple of days they tell me.

Secondly the data center has purchased a new card for their router that our servers are on that will specifically prioritise proxy traffic across our network. They are waiting for it's arrival now and will install and test and then put our servers onto them after they have proved stable. So this may still be a few days away from happening.

So while we're very sorry about the speed issues as you can see we are addressing them to try and get a resolution as quickly as possible.

All good now thank you, at least I believe so anyway. Only way to really judge is by feedback from our customers and we haven't gotten any speed complaints recently.
