I'm not really sure how much more updating I can do to my ticket. Just the other day, Georgebg told me on here to send to his e-mail with my info. which I have already done. He also said that orders like mine that were paid for over a week ago wouldn't be affected by the 'temporarily closed' issue.
I have updated my ticket three times now, but from what Georgedb wrote, my ticket has disappaered for the 2nd time. Do I have to keep making new tickets over and over. I figured that since I did as he asked with sending to his e-mail this would get resolved, but you're sending me in another direction.
Also, let me know who is the best contact person on this issue so I don't have two different people giving me two different ways to resolve since one will more than likely wind up crossing out the other.
I'm also a little confused as to why I've not gotten any direct e-mails from customer support. Having to resolve issues on an open forum like this one seems odd.

Orders are closed at this point, but I put my Botwiz reputation that you will be taked care of. Either that you will be taken care of or your order will be refunded and the service will be carried out. I don't joke around with my clients. Again thank you for your order. No, It only applies to new orders.
The old orders will be done in time!

It should be pretty clear from the exchange just on this thread why I'm confused. First I'm being told that the order is moving forward, then there's a tech issue on your end, then it's moving forward again.
Then you say everything's on hold.
I'm just trying to figure out who's in charge so I can speak directly with that person rather than hearing two totally different things.

We have done a few adjustments to our system and way of proccesing orders so there shouldn't be any major delays anymore and we won't be moving servers again.
One of the main issues we had was the servers.
We went for XSserver.eu most expensive server.
The hardware was okay and we picked the plan with 1Gbit Connection and 5TB Bandwith.
I assumed that since the bandwith is limited we get to use the full connection becouse thats how its done usually in all hosting businesses.
Well I was wrong the highest speed we got was 30Mbit(But average was 22mbit) per second which is very unsatisfying so after going though all this shit we just bought our own hardware and colocated it !
We are getting much better speeds now...
To anyone thinking about using them I would advice you against it.
They oversell their Bandwith by WAY too much.
The usually Over-sell ratio for connection is probably arround 500% and I am sure they are over-selling it 2-3 times more since we are getting such poor speeds.
We will be open for orders TOMORROW - 2nd September.
