I would contact amazon. Thats ridiculous.
Only thing i would ask is whether you was using any tools or services to gain additional visitors / clicks. If everything your doing is natural, there is something seriously wrong with it and you need to contact amazon asap

You should contact them but if you're using untargeted traffic remember that their cookie only last 24 hours.

I am a HUGE supporter of yours in BHW, but
in all honesty, I think that it is fair of the member
to ask a question about Amazon.
This is a question that arises frequently, and it is
always good to see a fresh response on it.
To be honest, I have seen many threads started on other more
frivilous issues, than this one, and i hope that more members here
will be encourages to post their views in the thread, rather than
feel discouraged by possibly being flamed by offering their 2 cents worth.
I am not picking a fight with you, i have too much respect for you,
becuase of your contributions to BHW, but I really hope that you get my point here. thats all.

I got 14630 hits this month and 4 sales! What the hell. I'm SO tired of Amazon clearly not paying out properly....

It was meant to be a joke, but perhaps my dry, British humour isn't very good these days
And on a more serious note, the OP should have contacted Amazon first to make sure everything was tracking okay. If I don't get any conversions on my CPA, I'll contact my AM and make sure it's all tracking. If it's not, then I might come here for help. It's pointless asking about something if it could be a simple tracking issue.
No offence meant to the OP - it was more a general joke. Been a long week lol.

Having sent an email to Amazon complaining about this they sent me:
