[Review] Here's my review for this offer. Overall I give this a positive rating. I got the package for $57 on 12/28 and finally got the report on 1/17. It is clearly lots of work to put this together, lots of different links from many, many different sites, all spun and pyramid. Since it has just been completed I cannot comment on what it will do for my SERP but do believe it will be a noticeable boost.

On the negative side, as with many other posters in this thread, it seemed to take forever to get the report. The offer is for 10 business days. Tom should really change that because he is not meeting it and is kind of deceiving and sets incorrect expectations. The crappy pm system here at BHW does not help with communication and several times Tom said he sent emails which I never received. That was both frustrating and made me suspicious since I have been ripped off here at BHW before.

Even so for $57 this package is well worth the money. I will order it again for other sites.

Yes, the delay was bad. In fact pretty bad I would say. We usually deliver 7-8 reports during each week days and 5 reports on Saturdays. Couple of days break in work caused a massive pile up and it took a while for us to recover from this.

All our guys had to put in extra hours and finally we have cleared all the backlogs. Now we are back on schedule and remaining orders will be delivered before the scheduled period itself.

We have decided to cut short the turn around time to 7 days, instead of 10 days. Also, there will be a full refund if clients do not receive their completion report within the promised time period. Hope that sounds like a good plan. :) I will add this as a separate post in here, so that people will know about these changes.

We have cleared all our backlogs and we are back on track with our delivery schedule.

1. The turn around time for all future orders will be 7 business days

2. You can ask us for a refund, if we don't complete your order in this time period. We will refund your payment and you get this package for FREE

Is it possible to do a custom order that excludes "Tier3 : high PR Profile links, social bookmarks, Links from RSS directories" & pinging. How much would it cost?

Tried to buy with CC but PayPal keeps rejecting - I think it is because me CC is in my PayPal account but my account is no longer verified after changing banks.

Now I tried to PM Tom4Business but apparently I can't do it without having 15 posts on BHW. I used to be able to PM.
