Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share good news...I and my wife got out first child last week...baby boy....I'm still in cloud nine with joy but still a lot of work to go through for the first few weeks as we are keeping up with the baby's schedule....man! I didn't know how baby could bring this kind of happiness...you won't know unless you experience it. Last but not least, I was there through the whole process of the labor pains and the delivery...after that, the first thing I did was call my mom and thank her for delivering me..its no F****n' joke!!!

Did those who had kids felt the same joy?

Cheers,

Yeah, kids would be cool. I rather count my money and stay an old bitter man, but that story is for another time. :marchmell

I hope you raise him better than some of us were raised. Some of us can't even wipe our own asses let alone have children. ( At least that's what my Dad and Grandma tell me every time I see them )

Congratulations on the birth of your child. Take good care of him. Take care of him how you would have wanted to be taken care of. God bless you and I hope you enjoy your life.

yep
the feeling is actually hard to describe...
this precious little thing in your arms,
and the responsibilty that comes with it,
and the realization that life will not be the same again,
and you have to nurture it for the rest of your days,
and above all, i guess is the overwhelming act of love and faith,
and thanks to the creator, whoever/whatever you believe in.
New Born Life is magical.

Oh and congrats to you both

congrats, those without kids honestly dont understand how it is to have your own. the bond between the parent and child is something you cannot describe in words. wishing the best for you and yours.

To answer your question is yes. I have 4 beautiful daughters and the joy I felt each time was indescribable. It is true unconditional love the most wonderful feeling you will ever experience. I wish you success for your family.

You nail it on the head...I relate to all that you have said...thanks.

Congrats , Watch them grow into little monsters haha

Hehehe....I was telling my wife the same thing the other day...I was holding him in my arm and then told my wife...."look at him little thing...you can't believe some of them grow up to be a$$ holes" LOL

True...somethings you won't know them unless from experience...just like the whole pregnancy process itself...my wife told me no one will envision the pain unless you actually go through it...her delivery wasn't as bad as the labor pains...3-5 mins contractions in 26 hours!!!

Awww I hope I get daughters too in future...about the unconditional love...I really feel it to the fullest...even the strength to be with my wife during the delivery came unexpectedly as I wasn't prepared to go through it...the moment I saw his head starting to come out I was pumped up and all brave holding my wife and walk through the pushes together and urging her whenever she felt like giving up....I hear many guys complaining its tough but its really good to be there with your woman, it helps a lot...and once you see the baby...its JOY JOY JOY all the way!

****
Thanks everyone,
