CountStacula scammed me. and very cool story inside

bought 300 Youtube accounts from me on Sun, 5/12/10. Today he charged back his paypal account and Plimus sent me an email about the charge back details that this guy did a charge back The reason for this chargeback is: Fraudulent Transaction.

Now I have emailed this guy and also PMed and guess what?

he is saying he didn't did anything to his paypal account for last few days and even didn't logined to it and he don't know what is happening... lol

Now what he is saying me to email paypal and solve the problem.. wth? You did a fking chargeback and now BSing.. and saying me to solve the issue with paypal? how the heck I can appeal to paypal about it I have no idea?

I took the payment via Plimus and they sent me chargeback details and deducted money from my account.

I'm ready to post all the proofs of chargeback and my plimus accounts screen shot. If any mod wants me to show the proofs they can team view my account personally and see whats is going on but this guy is a big time scammer. first he charged back then said he didn't then said he can return me accounts even he posted links to all of the YT accounts.

I urge mods to please look in to this matter else he will gonna scam lots of guys here. He is threatening me that he will post bad things on my thread and bla bal..

As I have told this unprofessional YouTube Accounts salesman about 10 times, that I haven't done a charge back on this, and to simply email PayPal to have the problem resolved, which he refused to do, I gave up. What am I supposed to do? I realize most people make up excuses, but I honestly didn't do a charge back at all. There's really nothing I can do when this guy won't simply email PayPal to figure out the problem. It's obviously something between plimus and PayPal because after I sent the money, I haven't touched anything to do with this charge.

You are really dumb. All it takes is a simple email to paypal and I bet they will fix whatever the problem is. It's simple to appeal a case when it's a mistake on there part. I also told you that if you didn't want to email paypal, to simply take all the YouTube Accounts back, none of which the passwords have been changed to.

This is completely on you, and out of my hands. There is a very simple solution to resolving this problem, yet you refuse.

This seems like a simple problem of miscommunication. I think you guys should talk about this over the phone. Count, if you are being honest I recommend you call Paypal or at least give him his accounts back. These problems can be so easily resolved.

Well in the recent past i did some plimus payments with paypal and some payments got chargebacks and phonecalls to verify etc...

Now i pay with my CC to plimus and its all smooth...

My guess is that this is just a misunderstanding...

Well for starters I'm not wasting my time calling paypal for this scrub, considering I haven't done a thing and this is between plimus, paypal and him. It has nothing to do with me at all, other than my account was the one that sent the money, and then paypal messed something up. I told him all he has to do is send paypal an email and they will figure out what happened and he will have his money. BUT of course that's way too much to ask for, right? Then I explained over and over again that I didn't even change the passwords to the account, and that I was completely content with him taking the accounts back until he resolved the issue. I don't know what more I could say or do to make this right. It has nothing to do with miscommunication, but everything to do with him being unprofessional and lazy and jumping the gun making a pointless thread like this bashing someone who hasn't done a thing.

Are you really too lazy to email paypal? This is a simple fix and you're having a heart attack over 36$ you can get back just by emailing them. I'm not showing anything from my paypal account, considering there is nothing to show. Again, this is completely out of my hands and can be simply resolved by emailing them and having them give you the money back.

However, since your seller got charged back on, it seems that in the general spirit of good business practice you could take just a moment to contact paypal with your payment reference number and tell them the seller is showing the transaction as a chargeback even though you did not initiate or agree with any chargeback.

That simple little email could calm this situation so that both of you guys don't look like douche bags in this open forum.

We all run into bullshit from time to time on here - but you both must admit that BHW is a very valuable resource and neither of you want to have your names tarnished here - so at least get on PM with each other and get something worked out if there is any possible way.

And guys - don't snap at me for offering my version of a solution to you - after all, you are airing this discussion in an open forum that encourages interaction from it's readers.

I wouldn't snap at you for such a rational response. Here's the thing. I tried to talk to him on Skype and sort things out, but he's calling me a: retard, mofo, mother fucker, scammer, and telling me how he's getting me banned. Now after about an hour of this I got fed up and gave up trying. So now I'm to the point where I don't even want to do anything to help him. Sure, I could maybe email PayPal, but after the way he has treated me, why would I do something for him? He can email PayPal just as easy, see I didn't do a charge back, and resolve the issue. I probably would have emailed them for him, granted he didn't jump to conclusions calling me every name in the book, but what do you expect from me now?

I've done nothing but attempt to cooperate with him and resolve this, but he doesn't know how to handle business in a professional manner. There's not much more I can say or do.

Oh please tell me you're not siding with dheere. Have you read all of these posts and peoples responses? I haven't been hacked, and I'm not claiming to have been. The paypal account he is referring to is mine, but I sent the money and didn't do a charge back and it still says the money was sent for me. What do you expect me to do? Email them and say what? I'm not the one out the money, he is. So if the money appears to have been sent on my end, but he didn't receive it, that requires a simple email on his part and they will resend the money that I didn't even get back or atleast give him an explanation of some sort.
