CountStacula scammed me. and very cool story inside

I need Dheer to post the screenshot of his transaction page, to check whether amount has been credited to his account.

Thanks to extremephp, as case is closed, money should be with buyer or seller. If its not with dheer, then it should be with count.

Extreme - you are right - it does say 'case closed' ... which means that someone should have received that money already... This really doesn't look good for you count - you need to take some action on this right away and document it so that your seller can have some proof of action on your part. Think of it this way - if the roles were reversed, you would want your buyer to do his part to get this resolved.
 
I think Countstacula should have agreed to the team viewer check that Big Buddy suggested if he didn't want to post a screen shot. I can understand one has privacy issues in posting screen shots but there is really no reason not to help prove your case using team viewer.....
 
As a side note to the seller..... if you don't get paid, you can easily get 100% of those accounts shut down/deleted by youtube by simply posting all of the urls on an auction page.... youtube will kill an account fast if they think you are trying to sell it.

He is not ready to post his transaction page from the beginning, it raises flag on count.

He will be back, after a month and also like to hear from dheer, as soon as amount credited to his account.

Well, If you do that, Dheer = Count! If Count was too damn to run off, taking advantage from paypal, Still Dheer should show his professionalism letting him go, rather than killing it, which would make the account creators efforts worthless!

All he had to do was to make others away from being trapped, and he did it well!

Dheer, Do you have transaction page in plimus like paypal? How we know its get credited?
 
Hey People, Hold on, just came to know that Count was in my Skype, and we had did some transactions yesterday, and all of it went straight!

Let me talk to him to get it done!

Yes I have a screen for account as well. After this chargeback there are only 2 transactions. You can see that I did not get any refund of original amount.

Extreme - it seems perfectly fair to me that if i sell someone something, and ultimately they do not pay me for it (current situation taken into consideration) that it would be perfectly within my rights and absolutely reasonable for me to "take back" or otherwise deprive that person from using the thing that he got from me but ultimately did not pay for.

If you buy a car and don't pay, they don't leave it with you and just write it off to preserve their professional integrity... they take it back.

I'm just saying that I do not think it reflects poorly on your professionalism if you take something away from someone who did not pay for it.

It's their right to try to scam you out of it, and it's your right to try and protect it.
 
This Guy keeps on skidding, when ever I ask for the session / screenshot for his transaction details!

Sorry Dheer, I clearly doubt the amount is refunded to him, and he refuses to pay you again, holding a push from the Paypal Hold, making everyone believe that, the Payment is not yet released and is on hold still!

Why cant people produce proof when they are innocent. He had all worlds time to write all bullshit but to post some real screenshots to prove whether he was innocent.
It's simple that may be he didn't charge back but he doesn't want to pay him if money is refunded to him.
