It doesn't take much. Take a look at googlechromereview.com, the guy who bought that domain is doing a good job with content. Not enough backlinks though, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to be a problem for him.

Ok guys. Looking at top 3 sites for my recommended term, googlechromereview.info, googlechromereview.net, googlechromereview.com, whoever owns them, I got one advice...
YOU NEED MORE BACKLINKS!
Do some article marketing, fire up senuke, use bookmarking demon, use PAD files. You guys don't have enough links to rank properly on Google/Yahoo/MSN(Live).
The content is pretty solid, especially the .com site. But more links people!

Ok, I ran SE Nuke, Submitted some articles and linked from a couple of my sites. Lets see how that works.

I have seen MANY websites banned from adsense for having the word orkut on them...I'm not sure about being penalized by google though.But if you're monetizing with adsense better email them to ask if it's ok.
Just to play devil's Advocate here a bit, Google is going to let us have PR to compete with them?
I think I'd rather go the subdomain route, to paraphase Jim Croce "You don't piss into the wind, you don't pull the mask off the ol lone ranger and you don't mess around with Gim"

PS Australian courts banned a company using "googler" in many of its names this week saying while it was not the exact name it was sufficient to insinuate referral or association.

Shouldn't be a problem for madinaz as he already stated that he got permission from Google.
kinkinmommy, if you're targeting the keywords "google chrome" (very competitive and almost impossible without a aged domain), then yes. "4 u" on the other hand... not so much.

They only require you use a disclaimer on your site. So if you use adsense be sure to put that on it or you could get banned
