FB apps slowly dieing ! ?

is there a reason all of the viral apps are using fbml? im gonna make my own, and use iframe if its possible.

Got to 8,000 wall posts before they shut it down. My errors did start to rise because if too many install at once, how I have it set up, I will get errors.

Dont know if because it was an old app that had 382 old installs helped, or that I kept the errors down for a while, maybe a combo. Only made $100, disappointing.

Maybe the app script needs to check if the user still has the app installed. If not I imagine its sending tons and tons of errors and that could raise a flag.

Not sure if that's possible, just a thought.

age makes no difference. i had a 2500 user, 1 month old app die as fast as a new one i had made that day.

it's random. you make 10 apps and after awhile maybe only 2 will survive with lots of users and maybe another 2 will die quickly and the remaining 6 die in between. why? i dunno

Treat your FB apps as a business just like you treat your I.M business. Look and be legit, have a privacy policy and comply with FB's TOS on app development and you will succeed and your apps will succeed with you.

FB apps are not dead, just to many people are deploying them the wrong way.

every spamming,viral ways always have a risk when you get banned,you cannot call facebook as bad,facebook shares their users with you not limit,shares their db (fql),shares their markup lang (fbml),shares sdk whatever you need,all they want is you don't break tos,don't spam,don't damage users

you know the rules,when you get banned you can't call fb apps as dead,
i have an app with 350k user i just got a restriction for publish_stream for 2 days,and its resolved now

when google ban your domain while you use blackhat techniques can you call seo as dead ?
