We're upgrading!

We've been having some issues with some cblocks in a specific data center so I have ordered two new servers with loads of new cblocks of proxies on them in another data center that appears best able to manage them properly. This is to replace the faulty server we have with the "bad" data center and the cblocks on it.

We should get the first server in the next 24 to 48 hours and the second one will be "sometime" this week, but only the first server changeover will affect current clients.

What to expect... once the first new server is in place and we remove the dead server and cblock the system will automatically reassign all proxy configurations with new proxies and will restart the ones affected. Emails will then be sent out by our system, currently one stating they have shutdown and the second one that they have restarted with a list of your current proxies. So please make sure you have our email address whitelisted so you don't miss this email.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and downtime we've caused due to our more rapid expansion than anticipated but very soon that will be a thing of the past. We know what was done wrongly and which data centers to avoid now as we grow forward.

Thanks for your patience and your business!

Wow thanks for the update Tex, I'm not used to this level of service. Considering this only affected maybe 2 of my proxies out of my 20-ip pack it really didn't have that much effect on my business, thanks anyways though!

Service is what we're all about dowellgeorge5, and is what prompted us to get back into selling the best proxy service around.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, the proxies I bought are not working in my country (Thailand). Their speed (Time ms) are slower than "public" proxies harvested from SB. My internet connection is not so slow (6MB download).

I asked for refund via paypal. If they are unusable why I have to pay 2x$ for it? Seller refused to give me a refund. Had to ask paypal to get refund for me.

The service is good, though but the point is, it's not working. You can check system log. I rarely use it (of course, because it's not working!) I've tried 5 different internet connections. It's not seller fault i think!

So if I dont get an email do I assume my proxies are fine?

Oh, that was you? Sorry, I thought it was someone else as I was extremely busy this morning. I'll put that refund through for you now if Paypal will still allow it even though we clearly state no refunds on the sales page.

Any other Thai people please note this may be an issue for your country as no other refunds will be given for this reason.

Thanks.

**edit** Ok I just checked and your transaction is locked until they've decided on the dispute. Once that's cleared I'll refund the money as they won't find in your favour.

Not necessarily as there is a News section in your control panel where current issues, if any, are posted.

There is a current issue which should be fixed in a few hours once the new servers are finalised and ready to go. One is in place now and being setup by my programmer and I expect the second one any time now.

Update on our Upgrades

Today we got in 2 new servers, but only one had it's two cblocks actually made live so they're now into the system with more to come live tomorrow. All the clients on IPs that were totally dead have been moved across to new cblocks now.

We still have 2 cblocks that are having issues, going up and down unexpectedly. The data center will hopefully fix these finally by tomorrow or else we'll have to swap them out for new ones, which will affect several users which we're sorry for but it's one of the prices you pay for the extensive range of IPs we cover across several data centers across the US.

Sorry for the delays and inconvenience, hopefully tomorrow marks a new day in our service!

I bought 10 proxies. Great support, great proxies (works really fast with Facebook).

TY!

Upgrades almost complete! Yay finally :)

The other new server is now in and running with it's new cblocks!

There is still one remaining niggling issue with a couple of cblocks on one server which one of the data centers is going to try and repair with a new switch on the weekend.

So there will be an outage on some cblocks on Saturday the 11th between 10:00 pm -11:00 pm PST (US time) as the switch is replaced. We have been told the downtime should only be around 15 minutes but we all know sometimes their guesstimate is out so be prepared in case it takes longer.

I won't know any sooner than you when it's due back up again so please don't fill my inbox asking about it please, but when/if they send me an email about it being fixed I will post here again to let you all know.

Thanks again for your business everyone!

Hey, looking for more U.S. proxies for FB for a month. My guy is out. Visited your site and didn't see info on whatever "process" is needed to cancel subscription. Is it possible to purchase the service for just one month without
jumping through hoops to cancel it?

Dude will these procies be ok for posting in SB and using them in ther UK?

Yes my proxies work great for posting in Scrapebox, I have a lot of clients using it. As to using them for posting to UK sites I don't see any problems there even though they are US proxies as most sites will allow anyone in the world to post comments.

Thanks

The process to cancel a subscription is easy, go into Paypal and find the transaction and cancel the subscription payment, all done.

So you can order a set of proxies and as soon as I approve them they'll be live, then go to Paypal and cancel the subscription and at the end of the month, and not before, they will stop working. That too is as easy as we could make it.

Thanks!

Humans have accidents, sorry about the outage today, it was completely out of our control!

Hi, I'm sorry about todays outage on one of our servers. I just woke up here in Australia to an email from the data center about what happened, although it has all been fixed now...

"Our main cable was cut by accident by our data centers technicians when they were running a new cross connect. This cross connect connects our router to our switches/servers in a different room so right now all customers are facing an outage."

It is all fixed again now and all proxies are running perfectly well again.

Sorry for the downtime! Human error sucks but is sometimes unavoidable. :y:

wow your level of service deserve much more appreciations.
One quick questions, is it possible to reset the ip for your proxy if says I dont want that ip anymore?
Another questions, is it possible to switch locations of the proxy once it is purchase?
One more questions, once a person stop using that proxy, is it changed to a different ip for other users?

Thanks I do my best to provide the best possible service for my clients.

You can change out your proxies for new ones once a month, and ONLY once a month, after you pay the renewal subscription which will give you a new set of randomly selected IPs. I think that pretty much covers the second question as well I hope?

We change out cblocks all the time so old proxies don't last long at all and most new clients end up with unused proxies, and so far we haven't had any issues with this.

Thanks!

Gah! We just lost 3 cblocks from one of our upstream providers...

Sorry everyone but we just lost 3 cblocks from our upstream providers which have now been replaced with new ones, which are actually even better than the ones they replaced.

We're terribly sorry about any downtime but for us this is the price we sometimes have to pay for the great cblocks we do have.

My system shows we made the transition completely and quickly but if you see any issues please let us know and we'll get them fixed immediately.

Thanks everyone!
