Ok, let's say I'm interested...(I have an adsense account that I've only dabbled with. Prob only like $100 in revenue thus far).
I also have plenty of cash (got out of the stock market a long time ago before the drop).
The only way I would do this is if we go through an escrow service with checkpoints that need to be met before dispursing the money.
EXAMPLE: I put $5k in escrow service to be dispursed to you by the escrow service upon meeting checkpoints.
Checkpoint #1: Once reach $250 per month $500 is released to you
Checkpoint#2: Once reach $500 per month another $1000 is released to you
Checkpoint#3: Once reach $800 per month another $1500 is released to you
Checkpoint #4: Once reach $1000 per month another $2000 is released to you
OR...Even Better: Checkpoint #1: $1000/mo then $2500 is released to you. After 2 more months of continued performance at $1k per month the other $2500 is released to you.

I am pretty much sure there are 10 times more members here who can pay that cash in a heart beat. It just doesn't make sense to invest $5k on a complete stranger who claims that he/she lives on the other side of the world. If that's what you meant then i totally agree with you.
@op, if you have the money and your only problem is the accounts, i will provide the account and block the 5k in an escrow account. For every 1k income you generate, i will release 1k. Deal?
P.s: There is no sanity in paying a life time interest for any amount of investment. It is mathematically impossible. Anybody who has common sense and a little bit of experince in finance, already knows that. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I say beware.
