Affilate Networks and tracking

Hello,

I started doing manual leads for several affilialte programs by using different fake persons (changed names, email adresses, data a.s.o.) to receive commission.

Unfortunately, since a couple of weeks many of them don`t count leads anymore (leads just dont show up, not a cancelation issue), which oviously has to do with a kind of tracking "protection".

I always used different IP-adresses ("good" Proxies, not free ones) on my PC and also different MAC-adresses via SMAC, which apparently isn`t enough.

Further, I always deleted "older" cookies in my browser (tried also with different browsers) before submitting a new lead and also deleted the flash cookies (automatically when closing Firefox).

I started reading about Fingerprint tracking, but can`t figure out yet what also causes the problem.

If anyone could give advice about this issue e.g. knows how Affilate Networks (like CJ a.s.o.) track "double" leads or knows about their tracking techniques in general, any help is appreciated.

Greetings,

David

Amendment: I`m only referring to the tracking of the affiliate networks, the delivering of the tracking pixels by the merchants is as far as I tested ok.

Many of the affiliate sites have smart systems that can detect proxies.
So it is in your interest that you concentrate on getting traffic that converts rather than doing tricks to get commission you don't deserve. Excessive use of such tricks may get you banned from the affiliate networks.

Hello sikandar,

thanks for your reply.

This opinion would imho call many posts in this forum into question. :) So...

Thanks for this information. So you think the problem is not the fingerprint tracking or MAC-address, it is the Proxies? If yes, what kind of proxies would do better?

Greetings,

David

If you're gonna do this, you're gonna need real leads too, because otherwise the networks will notice that your leads aren't converting.

Hello paincake,

thanks for your answer.

You are absolutely right about the real leads. Many networks/merchants strike a balance after a certain period and kick out those affiliates who do not convert at all.

Anyway, I do have a "real-lead-percentage" around 30-50%, but doubling this amount by adding some manual leads would bring a worthwile sum of money.

So far, do you have any ideas about the tracking technique issue?

Greetings,

David

You can try going to internet cafes, using public wifi spots to register (assuming the payouts are worth doing it)

Did you really just come on here and ask for peopel to help you steal? Depending on the situation, we actually prosecute for these things you do. I'd stay away from my network if I were you , unless you want the police coming to your door =)

Yes. Like hundreds of other people here also I do. Surprise.

Hello moshecogan,

You can try going to internet cafes
thank you for your answer. This would work for sure, but is imho a bit time-consuming to switch internet cafes all the time.

Do you know what requirements proxies have to meet to be approved by Affiliate Networks (e.g. Ports, Anonymity level, Protocol type...)?

Do it real safe ... u can get banned from the network sooner or later

If your using proxies , than thats why .

Use a DSL , change your ip every 15 seconds , send fake traffic to keep CTR low . Also make sure if it's email submits dont make all leads submit 1st page only , instead have some submitting to the 2nd page and whatever is there . As cpa networks know how many pages your traffic submit .

Anyway , however I strongly do not recommend it as it is fraud and you are cheating advertisers money . You will only cause scrubbing to increase for everyone else .

Chain reaction folks.

To all you noobs who do this, do you ever notice that email submits and the like scub more and more as time goes on?

Wanna know why?

Well,

When enough of you guys do this over time, a $1.80 email submit becomes a $.80 email submit which then becomes a $.50 submit. Get it???

*Your leads don't pay out.........
*Ad's cut budgets...........................
*Scub affiliates (OP, this is what is happening to you. Two years ago, it took much longer for the advertiser to scub. You are feeling the effect of the affiliates who raped them before you!)

LESS MONEY FOR ALL OF US OVER THE LONG HAUL!!

General business folks, but some of you don't even realize that this effects your reality TOO until later down the line when your whining about "where are all the email submits that don't scub?"!!

Remember, we as a collective do effect things at these networks. Please think ahead of yourselves before you decide to try these things.

I have a feeling this will go in one ear and out the other, cause fantasy is more enticing then the truth. Oh well!

Kinda hard to do if the person doesn't live in the US don't you think? Hell far as that goes if a person wanted to go nuts they could always do some money laundering through another country, then your still sol.
