It's a very good tool when used sparingly. Twitter 2.0 pretty much killed most blackhat techniques, including those mentioned in the TA manual. Tweet Attacks' "wait and reply" and @reply or @mention modules used to be super effective, but those days are gone. For long term, organic campaigns, TA is one of the best apps out there.

So what types of things can still be used with it effectively? Are you saying most of the features offered don't work anymore?

Proxies are a must.

Most of the features do work, but two of the most powerful modules are currently badly crippled.

The @mention/reply and "wait and reply" modules are not working well now with the new Twitter platform. Using private proxies, unused aged accounts, jet spinning, and a balance of normal tweets vs. tweets with links, I'm only able to run these modules for 30-45 min max before most accounts are suspended.

A few weeks back this was not the case: was able to run these modules for several hours. TA's response to problems with new builds has been very good. Hopefully they have a fix for these new issues soon.

@Erroronline - The search function/scraper for the @reply/@mention generator module appears broken when selecting "English" as default language. Can't get it to return more than a few results for any given search term.

Getting your account suspended is a result of how you are using TA and not because of TA. TA is only a tool to automate things in twitter, how good or bad the result is still depends on how you are using it.

Twitter is improving everyday when it comes to catching abusive accounts, so while using TA, you should observe as well, if your previous routine is no longer working, you should adjust, like

- Use more aged accounts
- Improve your normal tweets to @reply tweets ratio
- Increase your delays between tweets

No one knows exactly what twitter is doing but if twitter can detect TA then it should happen to thousands of TA users (including free). I also checked our support and there is only one open ticket about this issue which I believe also opened by you.

TA emulates exactly how a normal browser behaves, every headers, referrers, cookies, encodings etc and I cant see way for them to detect it, except if the account is behaving like a super human eg:

1. posting too many tweets in very short interval; like a human typing messages like a super human
2. following too many people at very short time interval.
3. Posting too many tweets but dont even have any follower to read them etc.

As I said above, the English language search delimiter is not working correctly.

Unique IP's are expensive. I don't know if I will be able to regain the cost of them by doing CPA. 25 for $50 a month. Do you honetly think it's possible to make it back because I only made about $1 a day doing CPA on twitter?

Yes, you can still make a profit if you get creative. It's more challenging each week as Twitter gets better at detecting spam and dummy accounts. If you are direct linking to CPA offers, try driving traffic to a landing page instead.

@Reply/@Mention Generator search errors: Using the high yield search term, "homework," I get 3 returned Tweets with English set as language. Running the same search with language left at default, "Any," I receive 1,000 results for the same search term. Please see screen capture below:

Hey error,

My tweetattacks free version won't work - whenever I try and follow or unfollow people it will at most do it to one or two people and then simply won't work.

Any help?

Also, reading the manual I had a few other questions:

Reading the manual it seems that you need to generate all the mentions of your keywords, can't that all be automated?

Can more than 1 task be done at a time? Seems it can't with the free version?

Had a couple more I'll post them back. I sent you a pm a number of days ago also...

The tweep software have the user finding, direct message sending and twitter account create features that is a very good because we can create as many twitter accounts and then find the users base on our keywords we enter and send the direct message with our offer and drive the traffics to our website or other offer page.

Need to get some answer on the feature i mention here before i invest my money either on tweet attacks or tweep software. Thanks

TA does not have a DM feature and what you mentioned is not possible the user has to follow you or you can not DM them

Do you get better conversions with a landing page? It seems a bit counter intuitive that you would because they are another click away from the email submit page. I would have thought if you just direct link to it they would be more likely to submit because they wouldn't have to click again to get there.
