There are reviews from happy clients all throughout the thread If you are afraid that your site cannot handle getting backlinks for some reason, I usually recommend setting up some Web2.0 buffer sites (like squidoo lenses, hubpages, etc.), pointing those sites to your main site, and then blasting the the Web2.0 properties.

In any of the campaigns that I have ran an analysis on there were .edu blogs but I can't tell you any certain percentage. There are no guaranteed links of any one type (except that you are guaranteed thousands of links) but if you want a sample of a few runs, look at the last 2 or 3 pages and I along with a couple customers ran some tests to see what all high PR .edu .gov etc was in there.
